"title": "Cost updating iffy at best",
"body": "I run 4 stores with this software. Receiving deliveries and updating single items in the app causes some issues. I’ve noticed that after updating prices when scanning an item, there it times it will delete the cost (kind of annoying). Adding new items will often times create items with 12 UPC digits, which sometimes causes errors in the C Store System (costs not saving correctly, etc.). These have been ongoing issues for the past 3 years we’ve been using this as a back office: please fix.",

"body": "I don’t understand why we cannot scan tags if the app has scan capabilities. I don’t have all the time in the world to write down all the upcs and take them to a desk top and key them all in. Why in the world is this not an option? None of my stores can keep up with the retails and tags due to the time it takes to make shelf tags. Why why why?",

"body": "Great app. But If I can recommend one feature. Can you add the ability to see the departments and categories. For example, I have the following Candy Departments: Candy (Small), Candy (King Size), Candy (Hanging Bag), etc. When I click the live sales and see the departments it’s great to see the individual Candy departments. But I would also like to see how the entire Candy departments are doing overall. And to be able to switch between the 2 options easily.",

"body": "The product itself is great but wish there was a stand alone lottery app for nightly reading so that employees can use it solely to finish their shift with a tablet provided by the employer!! Also, phone/tablet app should be able to activate tickets with slot numbers and cstore pro might also want to consider having Lottery app for store owners that don’t have gas stations (tobacco stores or just cstores)",
