1. 5/5Love love love Crocs. Need a Share link on the app!

   I adore and have been wearing Crocs for two decades. My wife wears the baya or classic clog and we both wear flips. My son wore the flips with a strap (preschool approved!) the summer we had snagged ones on clearance around the holidays. But then they never came back 😔 Still love crocs, though (but bring back the kids flip flops, with strap!) Anyway, the only thing I’d like to see and noticed today, is a share link when you’re on the app! I either switched to the site or sent a photo, but a tiny plus in this rather negative world, would be sharing the Swarovski line with that crystal brand’s-obsessed friend of mine as soon as I saw it 😄

   Absolutely horrible app, I downloaded it because their website kept crashing and figured it would be better. Not. So I picked the pair of crocs, added it into my cart and pushed through the payment, it gave me a confirmation number and then followed through with prompting me with the ‘order being prepared’. I thought this would be the perfect gift for my mom and then three days later (after keeping tabs and checking the app for any update), it disappeared completely from my Orders. So now nothing was displayed. I had thankfully kept a screenshot of my ticket and confirmation page, so I was thinking maybe it was a mistake on the app- contact customer support and waste over a half hour of my time, pushing towards an hour only to be told it ‘must’ve been canceled’ and I should retry. Thanks. Yeah- definitely horrible app and horrible customer service. Thanks for wasting my time. I’d think a big company would do a little better than telling me to ‘hold on’ for 10-15 minutes at a time and then tell me to just reorder. It wasn’t going to get to us on time for Christmas. Don’t waste your time. I never leave reviews, but I’m hoping to save someone else’s time.

   The app does not make shopping a good experience. By not holding your shopping cart. And that is not because of something selling out. I can keep going back to put something in cart just for it not to be saved. I’d also like to point out that it’s odd that you have to search for exactly what you’re looking for. By using the search bar. because going through the filter system is inconsistent. For instance, if I’m looking for Jibbitz™ Charms, it won’t have all Jibbitz in the section, so then I just go to the search bar. But you would think all the Jibbitz would be in the filtered Jibbitz section. Overall the products that are sold are good quality and trusted. But if the brand wants to sell more I would expect the shopping experience made easier. products made more organized and more accessible. The three star rating is for the app quality. I’d give the products a five star rating.

4. 4/5I was wrong

   For quite some time now I noticed these shoes and was impressed and by all means thought they were for nurses and people who stand all day or things of that nature which they are, but weren’t normal. Might I add I thought them more for women than men. I noticed my male co workers wearing them to work and they were they are the best shoes ever. I drive so I needed a pair of shoes that were comfortable to wear. I try these on an boy “was I wrong”. I love them, and went from 1 pair to 5 in a week in a half, and I’m sure that will grow to six soon. Shop, buy and enjoy!! The only issue I have with the app is I wish they would fix the filter so it properly filters out crocs according to what you want. It doesn’t work well. I filter out for men only and it’s showing toddlers and women crocs.

5. 1/5Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

   2 weeks later and still have not received my order! I called last week to find out why and they didnt have my full adress even though i gave it to them! They asked if i would do their job and contact the delivery company to give them the correct address! I told them i tried but they wanted to hear from CROCS, not me! I called today and didnt want to tell the same info to so many ppl so i asked to speak to a manager! They REFUSED to let me speak to a manager without getting my information first!!!!!! I didnt want to tell 8 different ppl my info! I feel like they shdve already taken care of this! I WILL let the PRESIDENT of the company just how poorly they are treating their customers!!!! And I still dint have my crocs from my order placed 10/31! And a manager/ supervisor refused to speak to me! Worst customer service ive ever gotten! This is NOT over!!!! The person who just wanted her crocs!

   Terrible, I can put my address in for Australia. It's only available to people in the US. it seems you can only order thru Crocs Australia on Google, but when I go back in to place an order I can't find the Crocs I wanted anymore. I now don't feel confident in placing any future orders as there seems to be problems with the App.

   terrible terrible terrible please avoid at all cost order from schuh, jd, next amazon even but avoid the croc website they have terrible customer service and returning there product is a complete inconvenience please order elsewhere it will b hassle free and less stressful. If I could give noel stars I would
