   The pictures load quick, and once my posts are complete they are easy to access and manage in my account. At first glance shopping categories look easy, but once looking around its gets hard to navigate (scrolling endlessly through sale items), and the filter system doesn’t really work most of time (not pulling newest posts, not getting location of items correct, and not bringing up relevant items set in filter). I elected to skip map feature on my posts but there’s a map on my posts anyway. I also selected to be contacted via text only, but my posts give to option for users to call me, which I don’t like at all. The page for entering new post info keeps scrolling on my screen while I’m trying to type in a field (which is cumbersome & annoying), and my posts show they were posted more than 6 hours prior to when I actually posted (when I see other people’s posts showing as more recent within an hour). Can’t find my brand new posts under “newest”, and they don’t show up for assigned location either. I have to do specific keyword search to find them, and even then it’s a 50/50 chance of my posts ever showing up. Most likely my new posts won’t get that much exposure with this app, not sure if I’ll continue using it. I’m giving this app 3 stars because if the developers take the time to smooth out these problems, it has much better potential. However, if app continues functioning this way, I will most likely decrease my rating then delete the app.

2. 1/5No response from developers🤷🏽‍♀️

   After having to replace a lost phone and redownloading the Craigslist app, I logged in to my account to repost an item I had previously posted prior to replacing my device. I wanted to make some changes to the verbiage of my post. Upon doing this, changing the verbiage, I noticed all my images were missing from the original post? I didn’t think too much about it and clicked on ‘edit images’ and the app crashed, losing all the changes and corrects I’d just made to the text. So, I went back through the whole process thinking it was random, nope, same thing happened. I tried repeatedly. Finally, I wised up and made all the text changes and just posted without trying to add images, this was the only way I could get the text changes to stay. However, no matter what I do, I am unable to add any images? The app crashes repeatedly. This is not helpful when you’re trying to sell something, people need to see the item. I have repeatedly emailed Craigslist support and I get ZERO response. Not helpful at all. I will say when the app works, it is helpful to move unwanted items but if I can’t get any help with this issue, I’ll be deleting this app.

   I travel a lot up and down the state. This app has allowed me to find listings in whatever areas I am passing by. Through it, I’ve have purchased 3 vehicles; found pieces for my china, which is an old pattern and difficult to find; pool equipment; cooktop; oven; an antique serving table and several other items. Think about how Craigslist works...it’s a great website, but it’s limited to search one geographical area. Now, think Craigslist globally at your fingertips. This app basically allows you to open your search to other areas. I also love that it shades the ads you had looked at previously....it’s so easy just to scan the ads if you’re looking for a particular item. And, you can save searches so you don’t have to retype everything and you can just click on the app and click on your previous search and it quickly provides the results, shading the ones you previously previewed, while noting “new” to the new listings. I love it!!!!

   I find this app to be very useful and user friendly. I can usually find what I’m looking for, and I can save that which I like but still haven’t decided. I can then compare the list of the items that I saved to determine which one most suited my needs. I can also save searches, which is very helpful when searching for something unusual or very long to type each time I go to look. I also appreciate that there is the option to search in multiple cities. This way when I’m traveling, I can select the cities on my route to see if I can find something on the way to my destination. Just recently, I had some friends looking to travel and wanted to purchase an RV. So, I looked at all the cities from the north where they live all the to the south where I live. They couldn’t find an rv in their city... and so they weren’t going to be able to visit me. But because of CL Plus... I was able to find several rv’s in route. I appreciate this app and the developers.

5. 1/5EVERY ad I post immediately gets “removed”

   I have posted several ads including household items, outdoor items and clothing. I’m sure there are more but every time I post within minutes the ad shows up as “removed“. I have asked other friends to post ads for me and they say they are having the same problem. Seriously craigslist you need to get your crap together because your site is becoming nothing but a cesspool of scam ads that are not removed when they are flagged yet your algorithm or something is removing every single ad that I’m posting. My ads are simple items that are not scams and are worded with proper English and have pictures so there is no reason for them to be flagged it Has to be something with the algorithm. I have tried making new accounts and it just doesn’t matter. I’ve also tried deleting the ad and restoring it and that doesn’t change anything either. It’s also very frustrating that you have to prove that you’re a human twice every time you want to respond to an ad. Why can’t once be enough? You really need to make it harder to post the ad then to respond to the ad due to all the Scammer ads that are all over this site. I’m about to quit using craigslist because I’m over this.
