1. 2/5‼️This one of the worst apps to play they cheat & don’t honor most of the rules other books do.

   From the start I thought this was a great app. They allowed you to alt lower or higher any line for a sport so that was a plus. Now after a week I find out there’s more negatives than positives using this app. First off to cash out any winnings you must have at least 20$ in wins when minimum buy in is 10$(Scam) and then they’ll take a dollar from you or a percent for cashing out on your wins. Secondly they don’t honor DNP the way that other books do. They say if a player doesn’t play at all it’s a dnp but if a player gets hurt or checks in for even one second then checks out it is not a DNP no matter what. They also do not honor the multipliers they advertise and promote. I have repeatedly caught them red handed changing the multipilier without any consent or recognition of any changes after the final submission and once you submit a line all a sudden the payout is way different from the original offer. I have multiple screenshots proving this (please get this message to BBB or a district attorney this is a class action worthy violation) it is in their chat logs of our conversations where their excuse for this was a “computer error” but somehow every day it was never changed or fixed. Overall if you win too much or put players in a winning fashion they won’t allow you to submit a flex option even tho they are offering that as an option but all of a sudden if you choose power then it’ll lock it in. Overall very shady business and very shady app I hope I don’t see these people in business very long. I cannot believe there’s a scamming app more scamming than prize picks and that’s saying a lot

   Overall pretty cool app. You can bet on sports, they have pre made parlays, you can play casino games, the payout is pretty quick, and you can buy card packs and sell the cards for credit or keep them in your vault. When you sign up and deposit $10 you get $50 in free bets which is decent. Overall pretty cool app, only thing I don’t like is if you get card packs you can’t actually get them shipped to you their only virtual and on that app only you can’t send them to other apps where you hold actual cards in other vaults and you can’t sell for real cash only coins, which you can convert into real cash. But if you could actually get the cards you buy shipped to you or send them to your other collection apps or sell for real cash it would definitely be 5 stars. Definitely try it though it’s very different and pretty fun.

   I deposited $50 to receive an extra $55 in promotional funds. The promo was split into five $10 bonuses and one $5 bonus. After depositing, I decided to try the casino and used my original $50. I played at the minimum bet size of $0.22 per spin, and the return-to-player felt extremely poor. I wasn't expecting to win big, but I expected to at least get a few dollars back before my balance was gone. After that, I used the promotional funds on player picks because I thought they weren't actual cash. That's when I realized you don't keep the original promotional amount—you only keep any winnings after meeting the 2x playthrough requirement. I tried to cancel the picks once I understood the terms, but it was too late. Be careful when using this app, especially the casino section. In my experience, the casino payouts were disappointing, and I found the promotional terms misleading because they weren't as clear as they should have been.

4. 1/5DO NOT USE THIS APP — LOCKED OUT AND IGNORED

   Absolutely terrible customer support. My account was suddenly restricted for allegedly “sharing a device with another account.” I have NEVER shared a device with anyone. My boyfriend and I each use our own phones and our own accounts. The only thing we share is the same Wi-Fi network while I am visiting. The app completely locked me out and displays an “Account Restricted” message every time I try to log in. I’ve now sent SIX emails, sent messages through Twitter/X, and called the support number multiple times. The phone goes straight to voicemail and not a single human being has responded. To make matters worse, their AI support email claimed my account was NOT suspended and that I should be able to continue using the app normally, which is completely false because I cannot access the app at all. I had money in my account, including my own deposited funds, and have received zero assistance or explanation. If you’re considering using this app, just be aware that you can be locked out of your account over something as simple as sharing Wi-Fi with another user, and when it happens you may not be able to get a response from support. Extremely disappointing experience.

   I had a really frustrating experience with the Courtside app. What started off feeling like a smooth and engaging platform quickly turned into a headache. While the interface and trading flow seem decent at first, there are some major issues behind the scenes. The biggest problem is how they handle users and referrals. Legitimate accounts are getting flagged and banned for “referral abuse” with little to no real explanation or proper investigation. I personally know people—including the one who referred me—who were completely legit and still got suspended unfairly. It feels like they’re quick to accuse but slow (or unwilling) to fix their mistakes. On top of that, the deposit process had some friction in the beginning, and while I managed to figure it out myself, it’s not as seamless as it should be for new users. There’s also a lack of transparency and communication when issues come up, which makes the whole experience feel unreliable. Overall, the app has potential, but the way they treat users and handle account issues is a huge red flag. I wouldn’t recommend putting time or money into something that can shut you out without proper justification
