5/5So far, so good but flaws
I will first say, y’all have an amazing Customer Agent team, they are quick response and helpful. However, I signed up online note through the App and clearly when I signed into the App, I have even less access. I already had the issue of not being able to access other courses and the suggestion did not work. The App isn’t updated on all the courses I have completed. The App displays I have Pro. The online, as I agreed to do the 28 day Challenge literally started me with courses I have already completed. Why doesn’t your system already know that? Most of the courses were 3 hours long, a couple 4 hours and I have the Certification to prove it.

I give credibility for the different platforms it entails. Although, I started using Coursiv on the mobile app since it’s portable that way, with the knowledge that it could be used on both platforms, mobile and desktop. When I start a lesson in the mobile app and go to another app or even swipe down to check my notifications, it takes me back to the very beginning making me do it all over again. I kept doing it all over again since that’s what it wanted with the hope that it would stop doing that, but it didn’t. Therefore, I cancelled my subscription and I will start using the desktop method since my subscription still remains for a few days, and hopefully it doesn’t do the same on that platform either when I try to go into another app.

I’m a teacher who has been using this app for a while. I’m just now learning the incredible resource it actually is … I’m really amazed at all the capabilities that are available within this amazing app And I’m just getting started … my comments are about the specific part using GPTchat. At the beginning it told me some stuff that is actually not the same so the Coursiv app might be a bit behind but overall it is an excellent training tool because you can ask the app you’re using to update the information to keep it relevant. We are living in an amazing time ~ AI is the way of the future!

5/5Great Foundation to Understand How Platforms Specialize & Work Together
As someone born in the 1900s who has adapted to many tech changes over the years, I’ve found Coursiv’s AI certificate courses to be straightforward, easy to understand, and so helpful in getting me up to speed on what AI platforms can do, and the most efficient ways to use them to streamline work and creativity. Courses are well laid out, interesting, and provide great context for using the tools well immediately. For those with time to complete certificates quickly, the cost is also very competitive.
