1. 5/5Life And Sanity Saver!!

   The college I’m attending had me wait until I met with an advisor before signing up for my first classes. Lo and behold, the classes got filled up by the time I met with them, which infuriated me. I don’t remember how, but by some luck I stumbled on this app right after this occurred. I saw the app reviews on here saying it had a feature where you can track class openings, and get notified. And let me tell you, it was the BEST $7 ever spent. I got the classes I wanted the same minute a slot opened up. I didn’t have to worry about refreshing the class page a thousand times. For fun, I also tested what the notification delay is like by signing up for a class and dropping right out to see how long it took me to be notified. It’s always been about 45-60 seconds, which is more than enough time to have an advantage over others. Don’t listen to those whining about paying $7 every 4 months. That’s more than fair to get a leg up on other students.

2. 3/5It’s great and very helpful but…

   The notifications aren’t as customizable as needed. I have tracking notifications set up during Drop/Add for the one class that I need to graduate in hopes that I can get in. I turned off chat notifications and class location/professor update notifications, but I’m still getting notifications saying “xxx class starts in xxx hall in 15 minutes”. These notifications have no way to disable in the app, and I ONLY want the tracking notifications for ONE class to be enabled. I literally turned off sounds for all other notifications so that I can keep my ringer on and be aware if someone drops the class I need, but 15 minutes before any class in my schedule starts Coursicle always sends me that useless notification saying that my class is about to start in whatever building. This might just be a small oversight, and I’ll change my review to 5-stars if it’s fixed but this is the most annoying part of the app that would be SO easy to fix. Just make notifications more customizable.

4. 2/5Can’t cancel subscription

   I have a premium account with this app which did not have an email attached. I never verified an email, so I can’t get into the account to cancel the subscription. I tried to reach out twice, once through a help ticket, and the other time through reddit. I keep getting charged.

   I really hope it gets a hype it deserves, i have been using this app for almost one year now and i just really love it! styles they added is very cute as well
