1. 2/5Issues when upgrade

   Upgraded my phone and now I receive message that phone needs attestation. Tried sending message to CorrLinks about it. We just want to be able to talk to our loved ones. Makes you wonder if you ever should upgrade phone or the new upgrades that come up. Very disappointed and upset. Just want to talk to someone about it.

2. 1/5Delayed messages and no longer getting notifications

   My husband is in Lawrence correctional I don’t get message notifications anymore although it is turned on on my end the messages are no longer instant I have had messages deduct money from me and him saying he never received it it’s almost a day in a half delayed I’ve just sent 4 messages and he’s messaging me saying why I’m not replying an I’m just like wow I’ve sent 4 messages since I don’t like it anymore truthfully we are starting to slow down on using it it was great when we couldn’t talk due to the constant lockdowns and having instant which was what the facility told me would happen when I had concerns before they even got these tablets that was reassurances and now it’s tremendously went down hill the connection between me and my husband feeling secure and a sense of being able to communicate had changed I’m sure they made way more money because if your like me when it ran out due to instant I was adding more and more and him now I barley look it this because it’s not beneficial to us anymore due to the delay it’s frustrating

3. 1/5Connection issues

   This app has constant connection issues. I will get red errors frequently. There is no support. DO NOT logout and try to log back in thinking it will fix the problem because then you will not be able to log back in until whatever issue they have is fixed. It’s really annoying and just happens suddenly mid conversation with no warning. I’m not sure if every facility is 15 cents a message but the one I use is and while that doesn’t sound like a lot it can add up quickly. It’s pretty high considering the connection issues and lack of delivery of some of the messages causing you to have to repeat things you say and clarify things in conversations with your incarcerated individual.

   I’m starting to feel like they are getting me out of my money. I’m still sending messages that I’m not being received on the other end and I’ve been charged on numerous and multiple occasions. I’m patiently waiting on a response back cause this is like consistently happening something needs to be done about this immediately. These text messages are sent a message that I’m not going through but we are being charged. it’s not fair and of course talk to Your loved one. this is almost the only way for us to communicate with them and then they’d be so far away can barely visit at least we can have a text message. Yeah she’ll be all night.

5. 1/5So many issues

   Updated to the new version and now I can not get logged into my account because it is stating my account is logged into to many devices. I cleared all my caches, deleted and redownloaded, changed password and still nothing. Want a support ticket haven’t heard back. It’s very frustrating. I’m not sure how else to get into my account that I have money on. This app has been very disappointing coming from GTL services that even offered a customer support line directly to assist. We can’t even get email confirmations on this service the entire system is disappointing.
