"body": "I was originally told to download your app to easily manage my account/policy and make me monthly premium payments. To my surprise, my login doesn’t even work through the app, I can only use the webpage via browser. At this point, the app is rendered completely useless if I can’t even log into my amount. I’ve called in twice for assistance to try to figure out why I cannot log in through the app to no avail, with the only recommendation being uninstalling and reinstalling the app which changed nothing.",
