Says the language is English but English isn’t even included. This is French only and only for license plates from Canada, which is fine, just say so.

App is exclusively in French with limited payment options. The user interface feels outdated and could benefit from a modern redesign.

3/5English is supported but difficult to find
I was going to give this 1 stars because everything is in French but later I found on the developer response to a review that indeed there IS English supported. The problem is in order to get that setting, you need to go through French prompts - a real head scratcher on why they did this. There should be a button on the main page to toggle between the 2 languages instead of being deeply hidden in French prompts. That being said, once you set this, paying is mostly straightforward. Much better than going to the parking machines - AND you can add time if you know you will be late. I would give this at least 4 stars if the language settings were more straightforward.

2/5Not Tourist Friendly
With all the tourists that visit Quebec, I would have expected the app to easily switch into English. I didn’t think it supported English until I read a review saying that it supported both languages. I eventually found the toggle after randomly hitting links. As someone in the software industry, this is very poor UI design.
