"body": "If you want to debug their app while looking for a scooter which is working, and you paid 49 euro for your 48h pass, you are welcome! It took me 2 hours to find a scooter that I could drive. Every time a problem was there: helmet(s) missing, brake not working, flat tire or phone holder broke. there is no proper maintenance on the scooter so pay attention at least in Paris. App also presented several bugs while releasing the scooter. Customer service is completely absent. Save your money.",
