   Soon as your Empty everything changes I was at location on time and was denied my detention because of 3 mins after the fact that I was at location. I have all emails on file and there BS garbage is that the app this the app that the app that and blah blah blah blah blah that the app blows and swallows and so on and so forth everyone understands and everyone is sorry but nothing is done and nothing happens either what have i learned that app is at fault and my fault for not being 3 minutes early maybe I should ran to the gate instead of walking 2 blocks away. and not having paperwork state that I wasn’t 3 minutes over like there steam pile of a app told them no one talks nor phone calls from the app all email so there’s no person to person interaction and that’s the way they get away with unscrupulous shady BS that they getaway and try to get away with. For those that use it beware there’s a delay on the timelines and the app is not correct. If I had the money I’ll sue these STEAMING PILES. All day everyday. For false and misleading information on the timeline lines offered from there garbage app

2. 5/5Booked 5 loads out of which 3 were cancelled Seattle Branch 👎👎

   Guys guys guys they cancel lots of their loads . Trust me they do cancel at the last minute leaving u stranded. Since they are so cheap in whole one year of installing their app I booked 5 loads and out of 5 loads 3 were cancelled. Out of which I only got paid $150 TONU not worth driving 135 miles to shipper then after spending all day I drove 135 miles to home what I got $150 for driving 270 miles. I won the bid on Friday morning for Tuesday pick load. Right around Noon on Monday they cancelled my load making lame excuse Shipper cancelled the load they put my same load on board lowering the bid amount from 1600( starting bid ) to $1300. Basically they can realize day to day market. They knew work is so slow and cover it for cheaper. I called them angry as I wanted the same load after the guy listened to my story he transferred me to booking team. I was made to hear music for over 40 minutes and then call hang up. It was a game. Then my load was gone and booked so I was just crying 😩😩. They have point system to monitor your performance what abt them Cancelling their loads at the last minute. I had to cancel my reload also from WA. This is the Seattle based team they have Fairfield loads they cancel a lot. No value of carriers. My friend does lots of loads with them he said it is very common practice with them sometimes they think they overpaid to carrier then they cancel ur load to find cheaper truck.

3. 5/5Convoy has Uber best hands down!

   2nd review. It’s been a year and I’ve tried both Uber and convoy and I have to say convoy beats Uber hands down. Next day pay from convoy is nice when your a one truck operation cash flow is essential. Uber you have to wait they pay out on Wednesday and Friday bills have to be in by 10am PST to be included for that weeks pay. Convoy you can bid on your loads which I like. Uber nope if you bid threw Uber you have to call which to me is a waste because you can be on hold for a good while. Convoy you can text or call again a plus. Thanks convoy keep up the good work. Like to see more longer hauls out of SoCal.

4. 3/5Bad imaging upload sometimes

   Absolutely love Convoy. Until the end of last year, I used them 8 out of 10 times when loading my truck. The app offers convenience but when it mess up its bad. Majority of the times it’s during uploading paperwork. The paperwork can be clear when the picture is taken however will the still image load up it’s distorts sometimes. This can cause your score to tank in the app use section; which in turn causes you to lose bids. Unfortunately after two years of using them and a perfect score this happened constantly for a month last year. Other than this issue, the application is awesome and one of the best layouts in the industry.

5. 1/5They hold carriers to higher standards than they do themselves

   I had ONE driver show up at the time CONVOY requested (appt time). The facility wasnt even open yet the driver was turned away and askes to come back 6 hours later. The driver decided to go wait it out at a truck stop and fell asleep and we could not reach him on the phone when the facility started accepting trucks. We talked to convoy several times on the phone and wven requested to cancel the load because we could not find the driver and had no idea what happened. This was the First and ONLY NO SHOW for our company. We were put on a 14 day suspension and then on the 14th day were were deactivated “do not use” list we were at 98% app usage 95% on time and 11% fall off. They have canceled loads on us, they have given us wrong pickup times and they constantly ask for “EtA”. They also denied my “quick pay” because the drivers phone died on a load and his location went down for 26 minutes. Dont put all your eggs in one basket with these guys you are expendable to them.
