1. 3/5The Lifetime Offer is Enticing

   The “Lifetime” offer is pretty enticing, but I’m worried about the fact that there’s very little info or guide on the app. So why the heck is there no explainer video or some type of video sample to show prospects how this app works? Why are you trying to get people to sign up for an app so blindly? I would have loved to rate it better but for this awkward signup. Your management should urgently look into this concern. Now I’m still here hesitating, cos I don’t wanna sign up without properly assessing the app. This is not cool at all.

2. 2/5It LOUDLY announces the recording after needing to start & merge call to app

   I sent contact to the company TODAY (3/1/23) to cancel this service & receive a full refund. I tried this app right away and the recorder loudly ANNOUNCES that it will begin recording THREE (3) times. This is horribly the opposite of the service I need. It also is too inconvenient that the recording doesn’t start AUTOMATIC. I have calls that have important words being exchanged win the first seconds of the interaction and it is honestly, practically inconvenient to switch back to the Phone app to start a new call and then merge, to then alert ANY of the other persons on my calls to my recording app. In New York (where I am), it is legal that ONLY ONE party is aware of the recording. This app is not discreet at all as needed.

   I paid $80 for the pro version expecting with the price to have a fail-safe phone recorder. Two hour-plus interviews I did, however, apparently never recorded or saved to the app. It said “this call is being recorded” at the beginning of both calls but once the calls had ended and I went to check the recordings page of the app neither had saved. Only the very short (under a minute) test calls I did pre-actual interviews had saved. I sent several emails via the Contact Us page of the app but never received a response & couldn’t find a website or phone number to reach anyone. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company to have the $80 refunded. Save yourself the trouble & do more research! This is not a reliable app.

4. 1/5Does not work as advertised

   Be careful before signing up for this app. If you need to record your calls for business reason or something important, don’t bother. The app does not work as advertised. I have repeatedly tried to record several calls and every time it cuts me off around the 8 minute mark and I have to restart the recording. I then tried to splice to 8 separate segments I had to record into one, and it erased all of my call data. I have tried twice to reach out to the developer and have never received a response. Save your money

5. 1/5This app does not work! Waste of money

   I purchased this app to record my phone calls. It never once has worked. I try to use it, it calls a number and then just a long silence then it says it’s “recording” but it never allows the other person to pick up, it doesn’t actually call them I guess and then it’s just silent. A complete waste of my money and I would like my money back but I’m sure it too much trouble & jumping thru hoops to get it back. This product does not work, is a complete waste of your money. Do not purchase it.
