   I Recently made a deposit of $1200 on my coinbase account from my chime bank card and the money was debited on my chime. It came in on my coinbase and I bought bitcoin worth of $1200 but suddenly the bitcoin of $1200 was debited and it was termed as All time return which is strange and I couldn’t access the bitcoin anymore. So I reached to the customer center and I spoke to few them. The first one told me the bitcoin was debited because the $1200 I paid from my chime didn’t come through but they had to credit my coinbase account in good faith that the money will come in, but the money wasn’t received so they had to debit the bitcoin. Yes that’s what the customer center told me and he asked me to send the receipt of the debited payment on my chime which I download my statement and sent them the receipt but this time another agent answered and told me the money came in but I bought bitcoin when the money was still on hold so I have to pay additional $104 to get the money out mind you I’ve paid $108 and another $211 randomly when I was trying to get this money out before getting through to the customer center and now those agent couldn’t even locate those funds I deposited and I’m been asked to deposit another $104. Coinbase is a scam guys, don’t download the app because yoh are gonna deposit your money and you will be scammed of your bitcoin. That’s enough for now and until this is resolved, I’m gonna make sure I put a review whenever I come across this app or website.

   I’m only rating it this high because I want people to see it and pay attention. I had made a new account, there is a promotion for New Accounts that grants you a “wheel spin” that has the potential for you to win up to $200 worth of Bitcoin. I followed every step, I downloaded the app, linked a bank account, verified my identity, and bought crypto. Now those are the 4 steps that grant you the Wheel Spin. Soooo I spun the wheel and to my surprise…….I HIT FOR THE MAX! $200 worth of Bitcoin. Now, at that point I took a screenshot of my win (as I always do in case of any issues) and waited for my reward. Now I let the 48 hours go by and got nothing, no big deal I just got ahold of the support team and explained the situation, I did everything they asked me, sent the screenshots I took gave the the time and date of the reward and sent it all to them, I was told at that point that I WOULD receive it again within 48 hours. SOOOOOO 48 hours later I reached out again and guess what……..all of a sudden I DONT QUALIFY!!?? Even after I was “assured” that it was a mistake on their part and I would receive it. Talked to yet another customer service agent for almost 2 hours, and was told to lodge a complaint with them. I said “okay no problem”. Come to find out it can take up to 45 EFF’ING DAYS just for them to review it! So in summation lol, the app is good when it comes to buying and selling crypto but don’t expect them to make good on their promotions. Unless of course you spin and win $3 worth instead.

   For free $10, enter "Cobasebonu" in Google before signing up. This is an official promotion for new users of Coinbase. Over the years the app has gotten better and better. This is by far the best coin wallet I've downloaded and I have gone through quite a few. Beautifully intuitive I remember when buying bitcoin was like circumnavigating a labyrinth. No more! The speed and intelligence the bitcoin network is being expanded is staggering and Coinbase is the bedrock that seems to offer more people the chance to play in this strange and wonderful modernity. This is a brilliant app that is the gateway between whatever local currency you use and the world of crypto currencies. Buying and selling is easy and simplified. Finding your wallet addresses could be a bit more intuitive but in the end it's the best full service bitcoin wallet and exchange app on the market. Currently, you can send value to any Bitcoin, ETH or LTC address anywhere in the world. It cannot be used for trading. If you are a newbie and all you do is buy and hold, do not sell until you have made enough appreciation for whatever your goal may be. Use TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION to make your Coinbase holdings more secure than your regular online bankingб the Coinbase app will point you in the right direction. The only complaint I have is that I can't add my AMEX as a purchase option. I have a request in to support to find out why. I would love to be a beta tester and test all the future features!

5. 3/5Used to be my favorite now there are roadblocks all the time and I just lose money bc of coinbase

   Coinbase has been my go to exchange for years and years. Before they were public it was working great. I’m not saying going public is a bad thing either bc that’s why they remained my most trusted source for purchasing crypto. Lately they’ve been hurting my bottom line and I’ve reduced my use. There have been several times now where I tried selling out of a position and coinbase refused to let me make the sale. I’m not just talking about not letting me make the sale for an hour or a day, but completely refusing to let me sell out. For instance I still can’t sell my 00 token it’s not worth selling anymore I would have nothing left after I paid the fees. I tried selling it a dozen times in the last two months or so. It lost 750% of its value. That happened with a dozen other positions as I knew they were losing value. On the other side I tried purchasing a large position in a coin when I knew something was make the value increase and coinbase flat out refused my purchase until the coin went up 24%….the best part is that was the first transaction I attempted after buying their subscription to facilitate larger trades. Learn and earn aren’t showing up and it’s costing me money. It used to be a joy using coinbase and now it feels like the House never loses. I’m moving to Binance …..I’ll take a longer settlement over never settling and not being able to buy and sell when the market dictates

   Was forced to look for another exchange due to a buy out and being urged to use an exchange i didn't like, so after some research Coinbase had everything I wanted and extra, Coinbase let me seamlessly transfer all my crypto from the old exchange with no fuss and low fee. Lots of crypto to choose from and stocks, really quick and simple layout for beginners or advanced users, good security and i have had no problems transferring money to and from. Very happy with my new Crypto exchange Coinbase.
