1. 2/5This Game Has Gone Downhill

   I used to really enjoy playing this game, but the mechanics have only gotten worse as time goes on. I think the events are kind of fun and some of the items are lovely, but it’s getting harder to play the game as a free to play player. Ticket gachas are becoming fewer and offer significantly less options than their coin counterparts. The good items of this gachas are now locked behind a paywall. Ticket gachas were supposed to be a good alternative to paid coins, but they are getting worse. They are less frequent, good items are locked behind paywall, and they are often re-colors or items that look like they come from a petit gacha. Coins are harder to come by and the market quests are becoming increasingly difficult. You have to spend so many coins to even make anything out of it and it is difficult to find people who want to complete any of the quests. There haven’t been any added items to use the market quest coins on, so it almost doesn’t seem worth doing. There also hasn’t been any new petit gachas in some time, while the tickets for them are still piling up. It just feels like the game is becoming increasingly inking for free to play players, and that is taking the enjoyment out of it. There need to be better ways to make coins and gachas that don’t require coins should be offering better items to players. It’s really sad that even the previously free stuff is starting to be locked behind paywalls.

2. 2/5I think I’ve rated this before but...

   That was before all these changes. I’m unhappy with the way CPP is making it more difficult to earn premium gatcha tickets. At first the changes were small, like adding 48-hour tickets, which was fine, but then they made it increasingly more difficult to earn those tickets. The only way to have more than 3 gatcha tickets at a time is if you pay, and while there are people willing to waste money on this game, there are a lot of other people who don’t have the money, or maybe even the gullibility to pay. This game is so cute and I enjoy dressing my avatar up in different styles but that becomes very limited when I’m unable to play the premium gatcha. Even the normal gatcha tickets are all but extinct, unless you buy them with points you get from cheering or completing tasks. Though, they’re almost as difficult to come by as tickets. You only receive 5 points for every person you cheer for, which wouldn’t be so bad except that you’re limited to how many times you can cheer and refilling that bar without hate drinks means waiting hours. And while charge drinks are probably one of the easiest things to earn, you have to really save them up before they become not only effective in earning you points or other items generated when cheering. I still enjoy the game but not as much as I used to. Here’s hoping this comment, as well as the many others here can influence the creators to focus more on their fans and not solely on their own personal gain.

3. 5/5Literally EVERYTHING about this game is perfect.

   To be honest, this review is mainly about the excellent customer service this game has. I’ve played this game for about 6 months, and had a lot of fun with it. However, I got a new phone for Christmas and transferred most of my games to it. There were some games that I couldn’t transfer, CocoPPA Play included. I had actually backed up my account, but I didn’t realize I didn’t transfer my account from my old phone. I wasn’t really sure what to do but eventually I found the Inquiry option in the menu. I wrote to the developers about my situation and 2 Days (Literally only two days) later I had my old account. I cannot tell you in words how exciting this was. The customer service for this game is AMAZING. On to the game itself, it is no different. In this game you must collect clothing items to put on your character(s). You can collect items by completing quests, events or signing in daily. You can also do this by using Gacha tickets, which you can get from quests, events or signing in as well as redeeming smile points for Gacha Tickets. It doesn’t take that long to be loaded with amazing items. You can also do stuff like events and quests for fun, because a lot of them are entertaining. Of course, that’s not everything. You compete in groups, change your character’s stage and cheer for your friends! The ONLY issue I have with this game is that there is no option to log out. If there was a log out button added to the menu, that would be everything.

4. 3/5Fun, but Prices aren’t fair

   I love this app, and the events are pretty fun and I love the exciting feeling of waiting for a cool gacha pick. One of my favorite gachas is a Coin-Only one. The solution to this would to get more coins, right? The problem is there is no free way to get coins. Don’t get me wrong, I get that the creators of the game need money to continue updating it. But when you have a “discount” that cost 300 coins and for 500 coins it costs $50, thats way too expensive. I also think it would be nice if when you start the game (first time) you could get a starting amount of coins. From there, you could do the little lottery spin thing from the main menu and have at least a slight chance of getting coins, or at least once a day be given the opportunity to watch ads to gain more coins. Then, if the users want to have more coins to spend on gacha tickets, they can go buy the coins with real currency. But I still think that a decent amount of coins shouldn’t be a whopping $50. There are other games where you could get triple as much from 1 $50 in-app purchase than you can with this one. TL;DR: It’s a fun app with great potential, but the prices for the coins need to go down and the amount of coins given via the purchase should go up. Ex. $50 shouldn’t equal a decent amount of coins. There should also be easier ways to gain coins instead of just purchasing them.

5. 5/5Please Read!

   This app all and all is decent. (I had to give it five stars so you guys can see it faster) I’ve read through all of the bad reviews and they have a re occurring theme. The money hungry devs. I do agree that this is true but we shouldn’t care about that. I started this game a few months ago so it’s no surprise to me that this I game is pay to play. That’s why this shouldn’t be your main game. For me personally, I have no interest in paying money on this. I am a daily free player and it will always stay that way. What I do is just check in and collect my rewards in the morning. Also remember to do most of your daily quests as well. All I care about in this game as of right now is just saving up enough coins to get a lot of pulls in a coin gacha. This sounds pretty crazy but I have saved up 400 coins from the time I started playing to now. You can do it! Don’t be discouraged by the paying players! You can still have fun if you just play the long game. Focus on other things too! I play Love Nikki and it is an awesome game to grind in. The suits are gorgeous and you can easily earn currency. I totally recommend it to anyone who likes that stuff! Thank you for reading my review <3
