iPad Device Support Toolbox 2.15 includes support for iPad. Media Library: The media folder has been reorganized with new categories. Note: Users using 2.14 or older will have question marks in the category headers. Vehicle Qualifier Options Enhancements to the intermediate page for vehicles with multiple fitment options “Qualifiers” have been added to provide additional information for technicians when searching for a fitment. Database Reload The newest BCI database has been uploaded with newer vehicles and updated OE information. Note: Due to the weight of the new data, the update can take between 15-30 minutes depending on internet speed. We encourage providers to download Toolbox 2.15 on high-speed internet connection. This longer sync time will only happen during the first-time signing in. Users will also need to navigate to their settings and rebuild database. This will ensure all data has been uploaded to their device. E-Invoicing Enhancements: Enhancements to the E-Invoicing module available for those using paperless invoicing The ability to override the default tax rate. Note: tax rates are reset to station default with each new vehicle search. The user has the capability to manually select a battery SKU during creation of the estimate. Eliminated scanning of UPC when processing a warranty in EInvoicing. Inventory Management: Release available for pilot Clubs Allows for basic inventory management for Providers using E-Invoice. Separate platforms for warehouse inventory using the Provider Portal and technician inventory using Toolbox. Ability to create stock takes, transfers and inventory adjustments.
