   I would like to share my positive experience with this application! I absolutely love it — it’s by far the best app for managing usernames, passwords, one-time passcodes, phone numbers, and more. One of its standout features is the ability to generate any of these credentials with ease. This functionality is incredibly convenient, especially when I need to update my phone number with a carrier. It eliminates the need to contact customer service or go through the hassle of manually changing the number. The app is truly exceptional. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that the auto-generation features for email addresses and phone numbers remain consistently functional without errors. I would love for these tools to work reliably every time, not just on a one-time basis. Overall, this app is outstanding, and I appreciate the thoughtful design and functionality. Great job to the development team!

2. 1/5Thought it was amazing UNTIL…

   I used the google search feature on this app to remove my personal information etc…. I immediately got concerned because multiple queries about dogs showed up and Cloaked said “Exposed: 5 results containing your personal information “ and they listed my name and number… I assumed maybe someone was running a scam to sell dogs or something, so I googled the same titles from the Reddit, aol and other results- when I clicked on every single one of them they had ZERO to do with me… not even my first name!! Then I ran the same feature within 15 min of the other and this time it came up with 10 results: all pertaining to either a LGBTQ cruise, a post that said Big gay cruise, or Disney- no dogs in this search result. Once again. ZERO to do with me! So, now how can I trust all of the other features I was impressed with and assumed they were working? Now I seriously doubt that those other features really even work. There’s a good chance this whole app is a scam! It is probably not removing anything or protecting your information because it can’t even pull up a simple google search result!! And in all actuality, how do we even know it’s not stealing information? I find it weird they ask for your social security number- it’s not mandatory for signing up or scanning, but that’s just weird… why would I provide some app with everything including my social security number so the possibility of an employee or creators use my info for data mining, more spam or stealing?!

3. 1/5Put my life in danger

   Once I loaded the app, instead of filtering the calls, which is what it was set to do, it glitched, according to Cloaked and has blocked all incoming and outgoing calls. And unfortunately, that includes me trying to make a 911 emergency call. When I called the police department instead of them picking up, I got a message that said that they do not receive numbers that have been blocked or hidden. I presently have an active stalker who at this minute is in jail and about to be released on bond and will be very angry. And this app on my phone, which I have already gone through the process via their chat assistance to remove its functioning off of my phone, so there would no longer block the calls and have tried numerous times and it is not removing it, and I still cannot make an emergency phone call. Presently it has my life in danger and the best it could do was take my information and let me know that on the next available workday after 9 AM somebody would contact me by email. This is completely unacceptable and I am fearful for anyone who downloads the app to their phone and is unaware until they are in a dire situation and try to get a hold of the police department and find out that their 911 calls will not go through. The lack of human customer service available 24 hours for an app that is supposed to be protecting your security, but is yet putting your life in danger is completely unacceptable.

   I got this after dealing with identity theft from a family member who knows my sensitive information and is a hacker. I find it very confusing. I submitted a ticket to get an identity phone number esim and didn’t receive anything back. Had to submit another ticket and still haven’t heard anything. After making 2 identities, it keeps giving me an error message for making another one. I submitted another ticket and got an email from AI Kitt, who didn’t help so I requested a human. It said it could take 24 hours to hear back (which hasn’t passed yet, which is fine) but tried deleting the app and reinstalling and now I can’t even login. If support gets back to me, I’ll change my review but I’m canceling after all this. Customer support did get back to me within said 24 hours, they were very helpful and turns out it was due to my vpn. However, I figured that last night and turned it off and tried everything and it still didn’t work but after doing it today, it worked no problem. I’m still new to the app and still confused about things but trying to learn. I will say their customer support got back in a timely manner and responded to my replies quickly so great customer support once you get to a human!

   Before I downloaded Cloaked, I was getting between 10 and 20 spam calls every single day. They were always about “pre approved” personal loans for up to $50,000. The calls came from different numbers, and I was getting text messages too. I kept following the prompts to be removed from their lists, but nothing changed. It was exhausting. Like a lot of people, I started silencing unknown callers just to get some peace. But that wasn’t a real solution. I use my phone for work, and I often need to answer calls from numbers that aren’t already saved in my contacts. I didn’t want to avoid unknown calls. I wanted the spam calls to stop. The day I downloaded Cloaked, the spam calls stopped. Literally that day. Since then, I’ve also been getting emails letting me know my information has been removed from various marketing systems. My spam emails have dropped dramatically too. The peace of mind alone is worth the subscription. The price is another huge win. I pay around $9.99 a month, and it includes a VPN. I was already paying about $15 a month for a separate VPN, so getting both privacy protection and a VPN in one app actually saves me money. I had been using AT&T Call Protect before this and was paying for that too, but it honestly didn’t come close to the results I’ve seen with Cloaked. If you’re on the fence, stop thinking about it and download it. It’s one of the best subscriptions I’ve ever paid for, and I wish I had found it sooner.
