"body": "I’m at a bus stop in the rain trying to see when my bus is coming and I have to watch a fifteen second slot machine ad that I can’t click out of? No thanks. I mean it works but very annoying. Download the Cleveland RTA bus tracker. Way more useful and informative. Actually shows you a countdown and where your bus is",

"body": "App is missing some basic elements. It would be really helpful if the stops were in order of the route, not alphabetical, so a user can see where the route goes and the ETA of other stops. Even better would be if the app can detect user location and suggest nearby routes. Also a map would ne helpful to see the buses in real time, and to view the route.",
