1. 2/5Game tracker needs work

   The game tracker is weak. It’s hard to tell what is happening in the game when I can’t watch it live. The ESPN app is far better for tracking the live game. Obviously, you can’t copy ESPN, but I find it’s a better means to follow the game live when I can’t watch it. Also, I live outside of the Ohio area. It’s pretty frustrating that I can’t listen to the home town broadcast of the game on radio through the app. What if you had a small fee add on to be able to listen to the games out of market? Of course, I’d prefer it to be free given I’m on wifi using your app.

2. 3/5Please have radio muted upon launch

   I love the Browns and try to visit the app daily. But is there any way you can have the app on mute when it’s launched? We all aren’t in a place where it’s appropriate to have radio audio blaring upon launching. It would nice if it was auto muted upon launch. I can’t even open the app to check the team news during the day and it’s frustrating. Otherwise a great job!

3. 1/5Missing background noise of game

   I’ve been using this app to listen to the game while working on Sundays. This year the radio broadcast is lacking the background noise of the crowd which creates periods of silence and making the play by play sound dead. It’s so bad that I’d rather listen to a static laden broadcast over my old Walkman radio. I’ve tried to contact the browns to let them know but there is no way TO contact them- no email. I suppose I could write a letter. Maybe this is because they get so many angry browns fans letters. But is this really how you should treat your long suffering fans?

   Welp, has this app to listen to games on Sundays via radio. Now that feature has been restricted via geofencing for the simple reason that the NFL wants to monetize every f$&/@:n thing. I will not pay to see this team until they actually start winning, so sorry bout cha (and me for being a fan from what it looks like) Now to listen to the radio, you must use the website. On top of slow loading and navigation once at the site, it requires you to have the browser in the foreground the whole time. Now you can’t even get through a game due to battery usage. Fire the folks that thought of this, seriously.

5. 3/5The radio feature?

   I really like this application. It’s very informative and well put together. I don’t understand the radio feature. You can listen to it when the game starts but i do t know if it’s because you disconnect from WiFi or what you try to open the radio feature back up and all of a sudden your not in an area where the stream is available. Example I was in the garage listening to the live stream turned off the Bluetooth came in the house. After a couple minutes tried to stream now all of a sudden I’m not in an area where it’s able to be streamed!?? What is my garage a secret Licensed transmission space by the NFL?
