"title": "No way to cancel my subscription",
"body": "I used the app to clear out my photos in an easier way and it didn’t even have the full access to all of my photos that I gave to the app. I still had to go through my photos and found a whole bunch more I had to delete. I tried to cancel my subscription but there is nowhere on the app or the website that allows me to do so on my own. I had to email them which I read somewhere on their website takes 5 business days for a response. The free 3 day trial doesn’t help me if you can’t respond within that time before charging me.",

I finally decided I was not going to re-new, so after a couple of months, I responded respectfully that I declined to renew. Remember that I had already paid for the ENTIRE YEAR? The app immediately stopped working or responding, and even though it stated I still had 10 months left, that I needed to renew AGAIN for $40? Can you say S-C-A-M?",
