   This app kept freezing my screen until I downloaded the app. It told me my phone was 17 viruses compromising my phone. It would not let me watch a single video without freezing my phone. Surprise, surprise once downloaded it didn’t show a single virus. This company just high jacked my phone until I downloaded this app. I have had this phone several years. I trust Apple to tell me if there are problems. Not this app!!! Two days after posted my initial comment with app. It still shows up as it wants me to download this pathetic app. Never with all phones I have had this type of issue. App developer please check your app. Should not be having these types of issues!!

2. 2/5Just remembered the damage

   I didn’t want to leave a review because I couldn’t care less for all this app did using the existing features of my phone to do the same thing with blow and whistles. Perhaps even it did some good in removing some duplicate videos and thought me how to do it without needing it too, but there is not a single time that I can’t find a phone number and not tell you every bad word I learned since I was a kid. There are plenty of contacts that do not exist any more. From the people I was communicating every day to those I met in another country for whom I have no way to find them. So whatever you do NEVER let it clean your phonebook

3. 1/5I’d rather be dirty

   I use this app to try and get rid of my multiple contacts and my multiple photographs. My photographs merged and the duplicates were erased and that worked fine. When I tried to purge the multiple contacts that were in my phone. It did merge the contacts mostly together but now when people text me, I don’t know who’s texting me. All the names in my group text messages or any text message is erased so every time I have a text message I have to ask people to send me their name and their phone number so I can re-enter it. It’s very frustrating sent two emails and no one has responded to my situation. Sounds like a good idea, but it really screwed me up and then when you don’t have customer service it’s a problem. I do not recommend this app. It’s not worth the trouble.

4. 1/5Overall, it’s a terrible app.

   First of all there is not a guide or a tutorial on how to cancel the subscription so you just have to do it on your own. It will freeze your phone if you do not download the app. The game will only delete photos that it thinks you wanted to not the ones you want to delete. It will delete (your contacts if you choose). It could delete all your contacts because in another one star review it mentions that.(btw I’m getting majority of my information from other one star reviews. I’m just making a summary of it if you’re too lazy to read all of that,) including it’s very hard to get all of them back if it deletes all of your contacts Usually only gives back a quarter of what you originally had.

5. 2/5Here's a 'probpem', made by the promoters of Asthis App...

   This app's so-so. It's okay if you're really not familiar with how an (I)phone stores data. I've found that many people of various ages share this lack of understanding. Why do I say this? Because of the idiotic TV ads which keep popping up with all the subtlety of web-based marketing. At what age do these micro-brains think 'old' begins? When I was under ten, that was a pretty extensive range. Same if I were a teenager, etc. Here's the thing: it's not the age nor the age range which causes the mistakes—specifically, misunderstandings about how data accumulates and should be handled. It's not fully understanding HOW the data's managed by the device. That could be due to many reasons, including a lack of education. But, you see, even saying that, I'm likely to upset some people by implying something about their education, which isn't politically correct—it’s just one of many possible reasons. Do older people make the same mistake? Undoubtedly. But I don't know exactly what age range it includes, nor do I have comparative data from other groups or any predefined group, So, to imply this is something solely done by 'old people's is obnoxious, and it's incorrect. I taught myself Mac computers in the days before Intel processors and the 'OS'; it was known as 'system' (in my case, '7', and it wasn't called 'System', just plain 'system'). Since then, I've not only kept up but have stayed ahead. My point is that the promoters of this so-so app (yes, there are better apps and methods) for reducing excess data build-up, and I firmly believe that simply 'doing' something without at least understanding HOW and WHY it happens in the first place is no bargain, especially for those 'old' enough to likely be among the developers, who probably aren't great at thinking things through. Save yourself money and learn how to do it yourself.
