1/5No video player; can't submit help ticket
I recently downloaded the Classix App on my iPhone, and for some reason there are no controls once a movie starts. There appears to be no interface to pause the movie or skip to a certain time. While its playing, I can only watch the movie from start to finish. If I want to stop the movie, I have to close out of the app entirely. I've tried updating my phone and the app to no avail. I also tried to submit a ticket on the help website about this, but each time I try I get a message saying that I'm restricted from accessing that page. I don't know how else to contact Classix about this issue other than from here. Hopefully they see this.

I love this app/service, and have been using it since its inception; the only thing that has consistently annoyed me is that after watching an episode of a show – instead of going back to the home screen or show page – the screen just turns black and states at the end of the show. Similarly, after a movie is over, it starts from the beginning again. These habits then leave a long list of TV shows and movies in your “continue watching” tab. I really hoped this issue would’ve been resolved with the major “26“ software updates, but it still persists.

5/5What a great app!
I’m a fan of old TV shows and movies, and this app is great! I can be a bit frugal when spending money on apps, but when I saw the long list of programs Classix has to offer, I immediately purchased the full version. I had a minor question about creating and finding a list of saved shows and movies, and someone got back to me very promptly, was very friendly and very helpful. A+ all around.

5/5Almost perfect. One suggestion
I paid to access the entire content and have beeen overwhelmed with the content. So many choices! I love it. Especially the classic cartoons. An Autoplay feature for the cartoons and television shows would really improve the experience. I connect my phone with HDMI to the tv so I can see the shows on there. The cartoons are often 7 mins in length so getting up to play the next episode manually is a throwback to the days before we had tv remotes. It gets quite annoying. An autoplay feature would in essence make the app flawless.

I love the idea of this app! Classic TV shows and movies are about the only thing I care about watching. But the app just doesn’t work right. I use Chromecast to watch shows on my TV and while the app says you can cast, half the time it doesn’t work. It will start casting a show that I haven’t chosen, and won’t stop. Then I have to close the app and reopen it to try to get it to cast what I want to watch. I’m not impressed. It needs some work although the idea is good. In addition, several of the shows I’ve tried to watch are very poor quality. In fact the sound was so bad you couldn’t even understand them. I paid the $2.99, which I would do again, if it worked. But right now I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

          "body": "I paid to access the entire content and have beeen overwhelmed with the content. So many choices! I love it. Especially the classic cartoons. An Autoplay feature for the cartoons and television shows would really improve the experience. I connect my phone with HDMI to the tv so I can see the shows on there. The cartoons are often 7 mins in length so getting up to play the next episode manually is a throwback to the days before we had tv remotes. It gets quite annoying. An autoplay feature would in essence make the app flawless.",

          "body": "I love the idea of this app! Classic TV shows and movies are about the only thing I care about watching. But the app just doesn’t work right. I use Chromecast to watch shows on my TV and while the app says you can cast, half the time it doesn’t work. It will start casting a show that I haven’t chosen, and won’t stop. Then I have to close the app and reopen it to try to get it to cast what I want to watch. I’m not impressed. It needs some work although the idea is good. In addition, several of the shows I’ve tried to watch are very poor quality. In fact the sound was so bad you couldn’t even understand them. I paid the $2.99, which I would do again, if it worked. But right now I feel like I’ve been ripped off.",
