2/5Don’t waste your money
I’m a Fabulous app user and loved how it was set up. It really helped me get centered throughout my day until I could do all the things automatically. I was excited when the ADHD app came out as I am always learning how to externally manage my lack of executive functioning due to ADHD. After two weeks of content the ADHD education stops and you are back to choosing from the same journeys and coaching from the fabulous app. There are daily group chat questions but it’s the same questions just asked in a different ways. They wouldn’t give my $40 back saying that was the cost of the app for the full year. I don’t need the app for a full year if you only get two weeks of content associated with ADHD. So now I have paid for premium fabulous and clarify and they are basically the same. Disappointed and frustrated with the creator. There is so much more you can do with this app. It’s a shame you released it before it was ready. I was told more was coming. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Until then I recommend saving your $40 until they can produce a full scope of content.

5/5Perspective! Oh and I am NOT robot- I am a real person!
I have been diagnosed with severe ADHD since I was a child, a lot of the time children grow out of it. I did not my ADHD symptoms became what I have been told more severe. I am under the care of doctor, take medication, and found exercise helps a lot. However the medication is designed to help with specific symptoms and as I see it does only apart of the work- as with anything I have to contribute to the cause. Looking at the diagnoses I became discouraged and frustrated doubting myself and thinking the worst- “how can I fulfill my purpose with this problem?” I’ll just say I had a lot of doubt! I heard about the Clarify app and thought what the do I have to lose? I am a very skeptical Individual. As time went on and i integrated the app into my routine, I didn’t notice the change but my framily/friends did! ADHD can be a SuperPower the symptoms can be managed and it begins with a change in perspective! Give it a try create a healthy routine and utilize this amazing tool daily .. step out of the stigma, the debilitating symptoms and accept yourself ADHD and all! Good day

2/5Confusing and visually distracting
I have a really hard time using this app and just don’t get any help from it. It has so much going on visually that I my brain can’t figure out what to focus on. I also get lost trying to find the various support tracks or plans. It basically comes down to being a timer with music for focus work, which is 100% ineffective if your “deep work” focus needs are not in one desk-like place where you can use the timer to remind you to stay on task rather than using your phone for something else. When you need support to stay focused when unpacking/organizing your house while managing contract work tasks, kids’ schedule’s and their various medical/therapy appointments, a phone timer is not going to offer anything more than my kitchen timer already does. The various learning modules are kind of like an enthusiastic cat poster with a yoga vibe- every single concept I have already heard many times before. If a pep talk is all I needed to improve ADHD symptoms, I think I’d have been good long ago. I do give it a second star for offering coaching access within the program, though it also requires too many steps for me to effectively use- a day or two to hear anything back regarding the initial request, and then you have to use a different, out-of-app, platform altogether to access the coaching communications.

3/5Not adhd friendly subscription system
I can’t review the app itself, though it looks well thought out and helpful, which is why I’m not giving the app 1 star. I signed up for clarify through an instagram ad and agreed to a certain subscription payment plan after a free trial period. I then downloaded the app and used the same email and password to log in. It asked me again to select a subscription plan- this time with entirely different options. Since I hadn’t been charged for the first one, I thought it was giving me these new (better!) options, if I skipped the free trial period. So I did, and was charged for that amount through the Apple App Store. It turns out, I now have 2 subscriptions using the same account, and will be charged twice. I tried contacting their customer service but it’s been over a week and never heard back. I cancelled the first subscription, even though it appeared (falsely) that I might lose access to both subscriptions (and have already been charged for the second). When I next opened the app, it tried to tell me to renew my subscription. Now I’m just waiting on Apple to refund my purchase so I can be rid of this. Long story short- the subscription system is not at all adhd friendly. Though if you go in mindful and use the most straightforward route to subscribe maybe it’s worth it. 🤷♀️ And side note, there’s a water drop alert sound from either this app or fabulous (because of course I mistakenly signed up for that subscription at the same time in all of the confusion) every morning at like 1:30am. My phone is on do not disturb at that time, and when I reach for my phone it doesn’t show anything specific from either app. But I know it’s one of them because the same noise accompanied a different notification from them. Very annoying. I’m only keeping the apps for now while I try to sort out the subscription mess.

5/5Mr
I recently had the opportunity to try out a new software designed to help individuals with ADHD, and I am impressed with its effectiveness and user-friendly interface. The software is designed to help individuals with ADHD stay focused and on track, providing a variety of tools and features to assist with task management and organization. One of the most helpful features is the ability to set reminders and alarms to help individuals remember important tasks and appointments. Additionally, the software provides a visual representation of tasks and schedules, making it easier for individuals with ADHD to see their progress and stay motivated. Another great feature of this software is the ability to customize the interface and tools to meet the individual’s specific needs. This allows individuals with ADHD to tailor the software to their unique challenges and requirements, making it a versatile and effective tool. Overall, I highly recommend this software to individuals with ADHD looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution to help them stay focused and on track. It is a valuable resource that can help individuals with ADHD improve their productivity and organization, and I am confident that it will be a valuable addition to any ADHD management toolkit.
