5/5An amazing blessing in disguise
This app has brought me new meaning to friends and relationships and healthy relationships above all else. I’m not only met brand new people around the world, but I have met incredible people with stories that I can take with me and share with them what God can do in their life just like God has done in mine. God is a healer but it would sometimes do you feel completely it takes Peers. And I definitely found a great group. Thank you very much circles. I also gave 100% of my time being a guide and helping other individuals through life experiences. It is such a joy to know that I have made an impact in someone’s liffe journey. I pray for the people on this website that they find healing through the blood of Jesus Christ

2/5Experience With Circles
It seems that circles is intended as a way to connect with others dealing with issues similar to what you may be going through. I only used the app three times - listening in on a couple group talks and then participated in one group discussion on experiences of narcissistic abuse after which my account was promptly deactivated. This is a warning that although there is possibility to receive and give support - this does not replace an actual licensed therapist and I must say the moderators do not appear to be particularly qualified. The app is advertised as being an anonymous way to connect , but people can choose to follow you from the app on social media and direct message - so it is not really anonymous in the way a crisis text line or hotline is. It takes courage to share experiences and frankly this app does not replace in person support. The fact that as soon as I participated in sharing and was deactivated afterwards shows prejudice and insecurities on part of moderators ‘leading’ groups on this platform. My advice is to seek out a more qualified support by a licensed therapist from sites such as BetterHelp which offer sliding scale therapy. Even texting into a crisis text line is better option as a platform like this where people may be either discriminated against or judged is detrimental to those seriously seeking healing and recovery.

1/5Roll the dice
Love the concept of this app, in reality not as professionally executed as I hoped especially for between a $15-$30 /month fee depending on the plan you choose. Though it was nice to have the group chat format- many groups are actually led by your peers and not professionals. Or, a “circles expert” which is actually not a licensed mental health professional but someone with “experience.” While the camaraderie of the group chats can be nice at times, at least just as many times I found groups to be the “Wild West” with little structure and lacked the boundaries a well qualified leader would provide. Also many examples of rampantly erroneous “recommendations” based on religious or personal beliefs propagated as fact - when these group leaders actually have no formal credentials in mental health. Though cheaper than therapy , there are plenty of free platforms or support groups to go on and share and get the same quality of content and opinions from lay or “experienced” people. I expected more from a paid service, and would rather not spend my hard earned money to roll the dice on whether I will learn something useful- or a poorly qualified group leader or attendee giving “advise” that serves little more than a soap box to their own personal experiences/opinions and /or religious beliefs.

5/5Reaching Home
When I first started my journey with Circles, I was unsure if it would be the same as physical counseling centers. I had learned so much therapeutic techniques and philosophies from that counseling center that I did think I would find that same rich qualities here. So, I was a little uneasy and skeptical upon entering groups and forums of meeting new people. The first few groups were tough and newer philosophical healing observations and techniques. It was scary at first but I kept coming back for more knowledge which I found out more each day. I’m a lover of knowledge and experience so this is a place that I love to come too. I had just left one door from my home of 12 years, I didn’t think I could find the right place to help my sanity out. But sticking it out and listening to some great professional facilitators and experienced guide facilitators, I quickly adapted to Circles Philosophy. Overall, my psychological, emotional, and spiritual wellness has improved and stabilized me without anyone discriminating, criticizing or judging me. After all the years of finding a beginning to the final door, I have found the final home.

5/5Really excellent guide like Becca should be paid.
Becca is my favorite guide in these rooms! Whenever I get a notification that Becca’s opened a room, I go onto Circles! I think a guide as helpful as Becca should be paid for her time! Perhaps there’s a way circles clients can vote for that? I believe most of the people who’ve been helped by Becca, would all agree, she is a unique gem, here at Circles. We should be paying her for her time, here!! I, don’t want to loose her, myself! More importantly, I don’t want the countless others, worse off then me, to miss out, on being helped by Becca! Please consider adding other employee options, to Circles. I’m definitely interested! Thank you! Katherine Quattrocchi

You don’t always need to speak to be heard. We're gradually rolling out validating reactions—a new way to respond inside sessions that goes beyond emojis. Instead of a heart that could mean anything, choose what you really feel: “I’ve been there,” “This gives me hope,” “I feel this too.” A tap that lets someone know they’re not alone. This feature will roll out gradually, so you may start noticing it in your Circles soon.

2.151.0
We’ve upgraded the chat experience with a bit of cleanup and behind-the-scenes fine-tuning to keep things feeling smooth and steady. We’ve also made some quiet improvements to live room performance—nothing dramatic, just small touches to support a more seamless flow. Because when the tech gets out of the way, connection comes through more clearly.
-
2.152.0
A few important fixes this time—nothing flashy, but all focused on keeping your experience smoother. You’ll now see raised hands even if you join mid-session (finally!). We’ve also addressed the issue some users faced when Circles didn’t appear in their calendar. And if your audio dips, there’s now a quick restore sound button in the live room to bring it right back. Small fixes, clearer flow.
-
2.153.0
We’ve fixed a bug that caused internet connection issues to go unnoticed. You’ll now see a reliable connection status throughout the session—so if something goes off, you’ll know in real time. We’re also opening the door for new Peer Guides. Now, after attending 50 Circles, you can apply to support others on their path. Sometimes showing up for yourself becomes the first step to showing up for others.
-
2.154.0
Just some light maintenance this time, quiet updates behind the scenes to keep things steady. So instead, a gentle reminder: real connection rarely begins with big gestures. More often, it starts with simply showing up. A glance. A pause. A quiet “me too.” Your journey on Circles is made of these moments—each one a step toward healing, belonging, and being seen.

We’re always listening—feeling the field, following the signals, and shaping what comes next. You might notice the early signs of something new: small groups, video-based, skills-focused, and intentionally limited. We’re exploring a new kind of workshop experience—and quietly strengthening the app along the way. It’s taking shape. Slowly, purposefully.

Polls are here. During live sessions, you can now engage without speaking—just tap your response and feel part of the moment. It’s simple, silent, and deeply human. We’ve also smoothed out some rough edges—live rooms are more stable, and the Community tab loads faster.
-
2.159.0
We’ve strengthened our verification checks and moderation tools to keep every session safe, respectful, and true to Circles’ values. We’ve also smoothed out a chat‑scrolling glitch, so conversations now glide the way they should. Safety isn’t a boundary—it’s the foundation for real connection.
-
2.160.0
Every so often, the walls shift just slightly. Widening the room, softening the echo, making space for more voices to feel heard. This release lays quiet groundwork for what’s next: connection that can stretch without losing its intimacy. Not all change arrives with fanfare. Healing grows not just in what we say, but in the space that lets it land.
-
2.161.0
Some thoughts unfold slowly. Others just need a moment to land. We’ve added an optional wrap-up reminder, a gentle cue to help you close with clarity and presence, while making space for others to connect during live Circles. We also fixed a bug with the raise hand feature, so everyone’s signals are seen and the session flows as it should. Care isn’t just in what we say — it’s in how we make space.

This update clears the path for what’s next. We've made foundational upgrades to our audio system – subtle shifts that make room for more members, richer group experiences, and more meaningful presence. You may not feel it right away—and that’s okay. Because thoughtful spaces are built quietly, long before they fill.

2.166.0
In response to strong demand, we’re opening something new: you can now book 1:1 meetings with your Group Facilitator - a personal space for deeper support that complements your group sessions. Also, some connections flow best when nothing gets in the way. This update includes important fixes to live chat during Circles, helping your words land where they’re meant to, without the glitches. Because sometimes, sending a message to someone else helps you hear something new within yourself.
-
2.167.0
Good experiences start with good feedback - so we’re rolling out a short, optional survey to help us better understand and strengthen the foundation that holds your sessions. Think of it as a check-in for the system, so your sessions can keep flowing smoothly. We’ve also fixed an issue with Circle invite links not working as they should. They’re now fully functional, so it’s easier to bring someone in and share the space that’s helping you. Because every shared Circle is a doorway, and now the door opens a little easier ;)

Every voice matters, and timing helps it land. We’ve improved the wrap-up reminder to better support you as you speak, helping thoughts come full circle without feeling rushed. We’ve also added a new flow: raised hands now lower automatically once a member begins to speak, keeping the queue clear and the room moving with ease. Sometimes small touches of structure create space for deeper presence.

2.169.0
Something good is rising. We’re laying the groundwork for a new addition to live Circles: visible session structure. Soon, members will be able to see where the group is within the flow—so even if you join late, you’ll feel oriented, grounded, and more ready to participate. This update sets the foundation, and it’ll begin to show up gradually in the coming days. Because knowing where you are helps you show up more fully.

Nothing major to announce this time—just quiet adjustments to keep things grounded and flowing. So here’s something to carry with you instead: healing doesn’t always come with breakthroughs. Sometimes it arrives quietly—through listening without needing to fix, through sharing without needing to explain, through showing up just as you are. Your journey on Circles is made of these quiet, powerful moments. Each one a thread in something stronger.
