1. 5/5Life changing in the best way

   This community that Brandon and Caitlyn have created by their own vulnerability. Has been so inspiring and life changing in my own marriage. All the feelings that Caitlyn had and beliefs I had to. I said them to him. But when Brandon validated Caitlyn and he her Caitlyn speak he began to listen. He fought it a lot but it hit him differently with their story and vulnerability. He is on here all the time reading others stories of struggle that make him feel less alone and then wanting more from life. Not wanting the box he put himself in with his hiddenness. We both have therapists and both praise this couple for finding the strength to put themselves out there and help us to relate, lift, inspire, and ground each other. Thank you Caitlyn for not giving up and thank you Brandon for not giving up. In a world where the path of least resistance is taken too often.

2. 4/5The Benefit Of Venture Labs Program

   I want to first off say I was thankful to get into the Venture Labs program and complete it. It showed me exactly where I needed to start focusing before I really get to the final stage of production. It taught me how many more ppl and minds that I would need to completely create my invention since some of the knowledge I didn't have myself. Or I would need to do the research and work for several steps that are vital before you reach the manufacturing point. Everything that I learned can also be applied to other businesses you may have. And the networking family I met and made new friends with is so amazing. I couldn't have imagined I would find some of the ppl I needed to connect with right within the community. And last but not least Coko Eason was spectacular and the perfect instructor to guide us through this journey to make our dreams come true. She had patience with us and didn't seemed bothered by our endless questions, making sure we understood everything thoroughly. I definitely would of gave up if it wasn't for her push and break down of all the assignments. Great job Coko Eason and the entire Venture Labs program.

   I absolutely love this space. Just being a part of this brand is amazing. The zoom meetings are good discussions and it’s fun to actually put a face to the posts. I love that we share tips and tricks amongst each other. It’s nice to have something in common with a bunch of other people. Social media can attract mean jealous people. However, this is like our safe space. Mikayla will always be queen. Sitting right by her throne, our Prin & and Manouska. I love that the team is great. I thoroughly enjoy behind the scenes things as well as joining wonderful contests. I reflect back & recall how happy I was when I was first invited to be a part of this wonderful family. I can’t say thank you enough. POV really knows how to take care of it people!

5. 4/5Circle is good, not great

   The Circle app is an interface to their community platform. The app is reliable and usable. It works most of the time, with some glitches. It is very convenient to participate and respond to community discussions and events. It is great to get mobile notifications. I really appreciate the time they put into it. That said, there are some issues. - Refreshing chat threads often does not happen automatically. There’s no reason to not have auto refresh and updating in 2024. This is true not just of the app, but the platform as a whole. - Their chat features, especially the IM features, lag almost a decade behind other platforms. The interface is clunky. It’s not easy to find existing threads with other members and to start up a new conversation. There are so many examples in the world of how this can be done better. - Their threads feature inside chat spaces is terribly laid out. It gives a small box on the right for followups, with very limited formatting abilities. I have been waiting for that to improve for over a year, and have even given feedback. In all, the Circle team seems to prioritize adding new “whizbang” features to attract new users. However, they don’t seem to prioritize usability for existing users, to keep us happy and staying on the platform. (My company pays them a lot every month, I would hope they’d want to improve to keep us happy, but they don’t seem to care about that). If I were to follow in the footsteps of the “grade inflation” that seems to happen on all reviews sites, I’d give them a 4 stars. But since I don’t like the grade inflation, I’ll make it a 3. It’s good, but could be better.
