"body": "Generally speaking the app works really well. That said, it needs the ability to find the parking zone utilizing GPS instead of making me walk around and look for the information on a sign. Also, the option to pre-pay for parking would be fantastic and I really don’t understand why that’s not yet a thing.",

"body": "I downloaded this app to make adding time to my meter more convenient. When it works it’s great! However, it routinely crashes when attempting to add time in the same zones. Furthermore, there is no way to actually send the screenshots of app problems to troubleshoot. The support chat is tucked away in the FAQ section, when it should be featured more prominently in the home screens. When you do find this support chat, there is an option to view photos you’d like to include in your troubleshooting, but no option to send. What gives? Overall a very poor and frustrating experience",

"body": "From a techie stand point this app is definitely something to make your day easier. I have lived in CIncy majority of my life. So I will always remember having to keep running downstairs if I was downtown to pay the meter. Man that use to be a hassle. Parking downtown can stress you out. The possibility of getting a parking ticket or towed. I love this app for that one factor, convenient like a Mo. Highly recommended to make your life a little easier.",

"body": "It’s so easy to pay and monitor parking at the meter with this app now that our City meters can support it. I find that I drive more often to areas I would have hesitated in the past because I never carry change and hate the hassle of finding a pay lot. He app notifies you when you are close to running out of time as well helping avoid parking tickets.",

"body": "This really seems like a proof-of-concept app rather than something of release quality. It gets two stars because it finally took my money and I didn’t get a parking ticket or towed. Please finish the app. Make the forms recognizable to password and credit card management tools. Add ApplePay and make things word more smoothly and quickly. Maybe the next visitor to Cincinnati won’t have to stand in the rain for ten minutes diddling on their phone just to pay for parking.",
