   Was just at the 66th St Cici's in Pinnellis County yearly for the past 8 years and noted numerous improvements ! The Store was brighter and cleaner. The tables were immaculate and cleared promptly. The pizza's were A#1!! Crust thin and perfect. Toppings plentiful and when asked about a meat lovers pie -a small one was brought to the table! The owner and manager Andrew Torres couldn't have been nicer. While I had previously attempted to open the app for rewards - he helped me complete the process. Many thanks Andrew. Hope to see you next year😊

2. 5/5It’s Truly A Treat

   We visit the Cicis in Deerfield Beach, FL. It has been quite good, for years. Right now it is GREAT! The staff and manager are friendly and attentive. The pizza, pasta… is mouth watering, so tasty. Their variety seems endless. Want a pizza you’re not seeing, typically they will, quickly, make one for you to enjoy; and for others to discover. The atmosphere is fun and you serve your own soft drinks, too. That area is right across from their arcade. And dessert is included. Have as much as you wish. Mostly though, just have fun; we always do.

3. 3/5Better than some apps but not the best

   You get one credit per visit and you have to spend a minimum of $7. The first time I used the app I couldn’t get credit because as a new user I got a free drink and didn’t spend $7! The second time I went I paid for my kids and myself and then later my husband arrived with our son and paid for them. Well two receipts, two credits right? Nope. Only one receipt every 4 hours. I suppose everyone needs their own app and we’ll all pay separately. Also, I have a free drink in my app and it puts a notification (1) on my app. It won’t go away! lol, I’m annoyed by notifications that can’t be cleared!

4. 3/5Eating the app not the restaurant

   I love CiCis! We eat here AT LEAST twice a month. I do not like the app and I hate the new reward program. I'm sure CiCis benefits greatly from the reward program (which is probably the point) but customers get shafted! You now only get one pie piece for every visit over $7. (If you dine alone and get water, the bill isn't enough so you don't get any credit.) For those of us that spend a lot of money there, we still only get one pie piece. I have hosted MULTIPLE family dinners at CiCis. Eleven parties in the past 14 months. Each time, the bill was over $100. Each time, only one pie piece. The program stinks. Sometimes I forget to add my receipt. They should go back to the punch cards. Or have it based on dollars spent. And there should be a scanning device so the cashier can just scan my phone and the rewards are added.

5. 5/5The app works, Cici’s is great!

   Most people are giving reviews on their experience with a specific restaurant location, but this is supposed to be for the app. The app itself has worked great, IMO. I haven’t had an issue with it yet! My family loves eating at CiCi’s. I really craved the original breadsticks ((bring them back!!!!!)) with one of my pregnancies, so we were here allll the time. As a family, we definitely spend more than the $7 minimum. So it’s a non-issue for us, although I see how that’s annoying to individuals coming in to eat.
