   The Christian Hypnobirthing App did wonders for this mama and family! I was 38 in my 4th pregnancy, 2nd to term and wanted a HBAC in Seattle, WA 😳 Needless to say finding support was like a needle in a haystack. But God willing He put our perfect team together!🙏🏽 This app partnered with Pain Free Birth Classes by Karen Welton helped me throughout my pregnancy and especially my birth! It brought me back to center and helped me surrender! I had so much peace throughout my pregnancy and birth that only God could provide. Listening to the playlist was a constant reminder of that! It was the support I needed when I allowed the enemy to creep in and try to plant negative thoughts in my head. I would just turn on the playlist, breathe, pray, cry and the worries would all wash away. I slept so soundly every time I fell asleep to the playlist! I went into preterm labor at 36 weeks because I went swimming while on a mini vacay(don’t recommend that 😆) but the playlist helped me get into a peaceful mindset and rest. My midwives encouraged me to do so because if I wanted the homebirth I needed to make it to 37 weeks or they’d have to send to the hospital! No way I was doing that. By Gods grace and mercy our prayers were answered! I went into labor at 39 weeks +4 at 10p! Before active labor hit I was able to nap for a bit while listening to the playlist too! My homebirth was absolutely beautiful, safe and incredible for my family of 3 turning 4! I recommend this app to EVERYONE I know who’s expecting! Thank you all so much! You’re are a true blessing!    A friend told me about Christian Hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my first child. Sometime during my third trimester, I started listening to the tracks as I went to bed. As I listened, I would calm down from the stress of the day as these truths centered my thoughts. Most nights, I would fall asleep in a matter of minutes! I slept so well. I listened to the tracks at other times, really trying to make sure I knew the positive affirmations in advance of labor. When my labor began and ramped up, I played the tracks non-stop all the way thru my baby girl’s birth! When the contractions were really intense and I started to give in to anxiety, my husband would repeat back some of the positive affirmations—he had been listening too. These truths were deep in my heart, so when my husband spoke them to me, it was like an arrow hitting its mark, and I calmed down immediately. Now I’m pregnant with my second child. My husband often encourages me to listen to my affirmations, because he knows how much this truth helps me. If u have trouble going to sleep, I just turn them on, and that’s the end of the story! I’m so thankful to have this resource to use myself and share with others. I’m also so grateful that the affirmations are Scripture based and therefore TRUE!

3. 5/5Faith-Filled, Empowered and Surrendered Birth

   Christian Hypnobirthing has truly changed my life! Early on in this pregnancy I knew I wanted this birth to be different than my first two, which were medicated with epidurals. I felt God calling me to surrender to his divine plan for birth and trust in Him, my body, and my baby. Thankfully I found Christian Hypnobirthing, which helped me to stay in a faith filled mindset throughout my pregnancy. I listened to the tracks, practicing the breathing techniques, and stepped into the most beautiful state of gratitude and trust— something I’m still leaning into during this postpartum season. God met me during labor, with pain relief during intense contractions while in the back of my van onto the way to the hospital. I only had to speak his name and he was there! The tracks were playing the entire time through labor and birth. I also played them in the early hours of the morning after I birthed her, as she lay next to me, as we drifted off to sleep. Such peace and a sense of accomplishment listening to them while on the other side of birth. Without the help of Christian Hypnobirthing, I would not have been able to remain as calm, relaxed and confident as I did during this labor and birth. FOREVER thankful for this app and program, and FOREVER singing His praises! ✨

4. 5/5Helped me have an incredible birth!

   My first birth was long and hard. I wasn’t as prepared as I thought to do it naturally, especially mentally. I couldn’t relax between contractions and ended up getting an epidural. I’m super thankful I had a healthy baby girl, but wanted a different labor and birth experience the next time around. I used this app with my second. I listened to it before bed most nights starting in the second trimester. It really helped me pray through fear and align my heart with God’s for childbirth. My water broke a few days after my due date and contractions came fast! I turned my app on and focused on breathing and trusting the Lord and my body to do what it needed. I had a 45min drive to the hospital and it was miraculously much easier than I imagined as I listened to the hypnobirthing tracks and just kept breathing out “Jesus” during contractions. When I got to the hospital I was 9+ cm and rushed from triage to delivery! My labor was about 4 hours total and I know the Lord was with me in all of it, helping me relax and work with my body and baby. So thankful I found this app. Even beyond childbirth, I’ve become much better at deep breathing, meditating on scripture, activating a deep state of relaxation, and I sleep better when I use this app before bed!

5. 5/5Pain Free Natural Dream Birth

   I absolutely loved using this app during my pregnancy in preparation for my home birth in January. I read the Hypnobirthing book and really loved the ideas they presented but wasn’t sure if I would be able to do it, but this app really helped bridge the gap for me. I happened upon this app while searching for a Hypnobirthing app to learn more. It gave the scripture I needed to be able to be confident in my ability to do this. I used the techniques I learned through the book and this app during the 72 hours of prodromal labor prior to active labor beginning and then during actual labor. I can honestly say my labor never registered as being painful. There were times I would label as intense, but never painful. On January 13, 2019 at 11:38 pm, I gave birth to our third beautiful baby boy in our home after about 12 hours of active labor . It was the birth I had always dreamed of and I am now a firm believer that you can experience a natural birth without pain and that birth is not something to be feared. This was such a peaceful and beautiful experience that as soon as he was born, I wanted to do it all over again. My wish for every mother is to have a birth as calm and comfortable as mine was. Thank you for providing this app to contribute to that experience.
