   I love this app and use it almost every day. It’s incredibly convenient, and considering the time, effort, and stress of going to stores or markets in person, the extra costs are usually worth it. I also appreciate how frequently the team updates the app. Minor bugs do occur from time to time, but they are typically resolved quickly. That said, there are a couple of things I don’t like. The spin wheel at checkout feels misleading since it seems designed not to offer any real rewards. I also find it frustrating that after redeeming Chow Points, your milestone progress essentially resets, making it feel like you’re starting from scratch again. Overall, it’s a pleasant, reliable, and genuinely useful app that has made shopping much more convenient.

2. 5/5Poor Professionalism and Time Management.

   Chowdeck you honestly need to work with the stipulated time you map out on orders. How does an order of 25mins turn to 3 hours? It happens every time and day I try to use your services. It has made me to stop making orders from you more than once in a day because it’s obvious you will consume my whole working hours in a day on just waiting. Work on your services please, it’s highly unprofessional from my end.

3. 1/5Terrible customer service.

   This is the most useless food app I’ve ever used in my life home and abroad. I order food a lot, it’s almost like a fun thing to me and when something is wrong with my order, I complain , I sent videos of the wrong order I received from the vendor to this useless company and for over a week they didn’t do anything. They closed my case and told me the vendor told them the right order was sent, meaning my proof (Video) and my order that was obviously wrong meant nothing to them, they lack basic skills to satisfy their customers. This is why it’s not okay to pay before your delivery gets to you. It’s been two days since my last message to their customer service and they never got back to me. Like every other Nigerian company, they only care about making money. Oh before I forget, the prices on their menu is slightly higher than what the restaurants actually sells them so they scam people too.

4. 1/5Very Bad lack of professionalism and reliability

   I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. The company promised my order would be ready within 20 minutes, yet I ended up waiting for more than 4 hours. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was the delivery delayed, but the customer service was also very poor—there was no reliable way to get updates or any form of support during the long wait. A business that values its customers should keep its word and communicate effectively when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience shows a lack of professionalism and reliability. It’s such a shame, because trust is the foundation of good service, and this company failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations.

5. 1/5Unresponsive customer service

   For a food delivery platform, customer service should be as important as the product quality. I placed an order from a restaurant at Chowdeck where my order was delivered with some incorrect items and some of my requested items completely missing. Chowdeck’s platform has glaring gaps in the following way: - no way to contact the store. Tried contacting the business through their Google my business page and no luck either. - delayed customer service. I reached out to chow deck about the issue with my order, there’s no way to call anyone, I’ve been waiting over 24 hours from a response from their customer service team through the app, Twitter and Instagram.
