   I placed an order in the app today & when I arrived to pick it up, I realized the wrong location was chosen-in a town 40 miles away. I completed an order at the correct location, after being politely told they did not have an order for me. I asked the manager there how to cancel the first order & she looked on my phone and said she didn’t know & told me to call the other store, explain & ask them to cancel it. She was very sweet & tried to help. So I called the store & asked to speak to the manager. I explained what happened & asked her what I needed to do to get the order cancelled. She very rudely told me she couldn’t do that. I asked her what I needed to do & she said call corporate. She finally gave me the corporate number & I called them, reaching a person in a foreign country call center I could hardly understand. Once again, I explained what happened & was told she couldn’t cancel the order since it had been “completed.” I told her it was not picked up, so it wasn’t completed. I asked to speak to her supervisor, was told it was no use, I’d be told the same thing. I said so I’m paying for food I never received. She said yes, there’s nothing we can do. She said they couldn’t cancel or reverse the charge. What?? I told her Rally’s lost a very good customer & I’d not be back there again. So now I’m going to have to call my bank tomorrow (holiday today) & dispute the charge. What a pain for a little mistake. I hope it works out. One hundred dollars or two dollars, it’s wrong.

2. 2/5Once again…not good!

   I’ve ordered from the Checkers app several times in the past. For the most part, I’ve had good experiences. The past two, however, have not been. A couple of weeks ago, I had a reward for a free cheesecake sundae. I added it to my mobile order. At the ordering board, I was told to pull to the window. At the window, I was handed my order minus the sundae. Very rudely, the lady said their ice cream machine was down so they took it off my order and I’d be refunded. I was never offered a substitute. I also never received the refund (new reward). Just now I ordered again from checkers. This time I used a free milkshake reward with my food order. Once again I was very rudely told my milkshake was taken off the order because the ice cream machine was down. I wasn’t offered a substitute and told if I wanted a drink, I’d have to pay for it. I explained that it was a reward and that I didn’t get my reward back the last time. I handed my food order back to the lady and asked for a refund. They said I’d have to cancel the order in the mobile app because they couldn’t do it. I then went to cancel my order, but couldn’t. I was charged and it was in my order history. Maybe other locations are better, but I’d avoid the Tifton, GA location.

3. 1/5Entirely dysfunctional app

   This is genuinely the worst food ordering app I have ever used in my life. The item pages only actually load the info 10% of the time, sometimes you’ll try to add something to your cart and it’ll say it added but it just didn’t. If you do manage to actually get everything you want in your cart, you can’t checkout! Every single time I get to checkout the app will turn my entire screen white with no buttons, the only way to fix this is to reset the entire app. I had to reset the app over 10 times and race against the clock on the checkout screen just to place an order. I also couldn’t use any of my rewards because those have to be applied at checkout and it wouldn’t stay on the screen long enough to process them. There’s also the fact that the entire online ordering system is run through the doordash system but that’s more of a personal gripe than an actual functionality issue. The only thing I’ve actually seen fixed with updates is the fact that the app used to delete your entire cart when resetting the app, every time. And with an app so buggy that you have to reset it often, that amount of stress and trouble isn’t worth it and will make you choose somewhere else to eat dinner. TLDR; app too buggy, don’t use it, get food somewhere else

   On March 7, 2024 I ordered my food on the mobile app for checkers. I ordered two funnel cake, fries, and a strawberry soda. I was literally down the street from the checkers. When I pulled in the drive-through, they told me I could not get my food through the drive-through. I had to get out my car and retrieve my food at the window. I pulled around to the window out my car to get my food. Once I got to the window, I told him my name the man proceeded to get my food. My food was sitting on the counter in the bag stapled together. He told me that they did not have strawberry soda. Did I want fruit punch? I said sure. then I opened my bag and my funnel cake fries were lukewarm. I asked the manager if he could drop some new ones because they were Luke warm. He told me no he could not then the coworker or the team member slam the window and locked it in my face. they are very unprofessional and I don’t feel like if I’m not doing Uber eats or DoorDash I should be able to get my food through the drive-through. That’s why I pre-order it on the mobile app because I don’t want to get out of my car!!! I am seven months pregnant and the way they handled the situation and treated me was beyond professional. Then they told me I could not get a refund because I ordered on the mobile app that I had to do cancel it on the mobile app. You cannot cancel and checkers order on the mobile app so I don’t know why they said that. So now I have no food and I’m out of money. That is not acceptable to me. That is not how you run a business. So unsatisfied and disappointed at this location.

5. 1/5Cold Food, items missing,refused condiments, no napkins

   This was the worst food experience I can remember ever receiving at ANY ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I used the app and it needs a lot of attention and work as I checked items, go to save it and would have to redo the entire order. It said I had rewards, could not get any of them to work. It took me 13 minutes to place the order, even then we wanted checker burgers and ended up with mushroom Swiss. I requested a change and was told, you ordered that, nothing we can do! Then I asked for BBQ sauce to go with the chicken bites and was told I had to buy that, it doesn’t come with the meal. I asked for napkins, sorry, we are out of napkins. I asked for ketchup, he looked at me, walked over, brought back 4 packs, there you go-lots of ketchup. Well, I was already running late and didn’t check the order thoroughly; upon arrival at the Hospital and starting to give food to people, it quickly hit me in the face—OH MY GOSH—THEY FORGOT AND SHORTED ME THE MEDIUM FRIES I ORDERED!!!!!! I was so mad at that point. It would have been about a 11 mile round trip for the Fries, I could not be away from my mother that much more time. I am so disgusted with this experience at Checkers. I spent $15 for $11 worth of food. I live the opposite direction from the hospital, but; I feel owed a refund for at least the order if not more. If the don’t treat every customer this way, it sure would appear that discrimination was the driving force for this kind of treatment. I will reserve my rights in said course of actions by these employees. Please contact me wit your resolution! Thank you!!!!
