Blocking or throttling users for actively trying to use the app as intended (i.e., checking for availability) discourages engagement and could lead to user frustration or churn. A better solution would be implementing fair usage thresholds with clear messaging, or even offering notifications or waitlists to reduce the need for constant checking.",

The app was the only thing that kept me going in this phase and gave me hope that I would be able to secure an early visa interview appointment. Lo and behold I was able to secure an early interview slot as soon as it was up on the app that was reflected on the visa website.",
