5/5Great!
The mobile app lets you do everything quick and easy from your phone instead of having to use the patient portal website!

2/5Charm Portal: A Time Capsule of Tech Regression
I was genuinely relieved to see Charm Portal had an app—because their mobile website is a nightmare. You have to pinch, zoom, and squint just to navigate basic functions. But the app? Somehow manages to offer even less than the clunky, outdated site. This is supposed to support communication with my naturopathic doctor, yet it feels like the developers haven’t looked at a single modern medical portal in the last two decades. The interface is primitive, the functionality is stripped down, and the entire experience is a frustrating exercise in wasted time. Charm Portal isn’t just behind—it’s archaeological. If you’re hoping for streamlined access to your provider, this app will test your patience and your screen-tapping endurance.

3/5Fine
This app is fine for most of my needs but it is maddening that I will be typing up an email to my provider in it, have to click out of it to get some pertinent info, and when I come to the app, my message is gone and I’ve lost everything I typed to that point. If the developers can fix this, I would definitely increase the number of stars in my rating.

5/5Very well designed
A medical app that keeps it simple. It gets straight to the point with the items you really need like appointments and messaging your provider. I recommend the app to all that utilize charm health.

4/5Ok App
This app is ok but there are so many things that could be updated to make the user experience better. Like being able to add appointments to personal calendars easily. Also integrating information like consistency in date management and identity in questionaries.
