This app won’t let me register or log in - telling us “Sorry! We cannot find an account associated with given information. Please try again.” My son is having surgery Friday (from a CCH physician) and the office is telling me our insurance is also inactive on the portal. Both me and my husband (an employee too, but separate insurance plan) tried creating an account and got that error message. Attempted regular website in addition to the app, still nothing. Coworkers having same issue. Cool cool cool. Thanks as always CCH!!!

1/5This app needs so much work…
This app is very slow and seems to have a lot of bugs. The Dr search button that is supposed to search for Dr’s when you hit the button ‘yes’ does absolutely nothing. Please invest in fixing this app. Would love to have a functional application.

Keeps saying no internet connection, despite having internet connection. Tried to delete then reinstalling. Still not working.

1/5Poor log in info
I was provided a Activation code by the hospital. Instructions on same sheet says use SS number for log in. NEITHER WORK for the log in. There is also a medical record number on top of the page. I used all three numbers 4x each and NO log in. Don’t waste your time using this 👎🏼
