   First let me say I love the new layout. I like the login page. I like how it logs you out every time you leave the app. I like that all the accounts and menu options are on the first page. The one BIG thing I don’t like about this app is the lag in account updating. With the old app I was able to see a transaction seconds after I made one. With this new app, it seems to take hours. I like to know what’s in my accounts without having to add up my day’s receipts then subtracting from what the app says my balance is. Isn’t that the purpose of the app? To provide up to date data and control of your money? Fix that and I’ll love this app. Until then I have 4 days to still use the old app I can trust.

2. 3/5Constant issues

   I’m giving the app only a 3 star review because I’ve had nothing but constant issues. One is almost every other day when i need to check my balance there’s an “ error “ or there will be more money showing than there should be which at times has caused me to spend what I can’t afford to. Yesterday I made a couple different purchases with my debit card and no transactions are showing pending or cleared. Nothing like they never happened. Also I didn’t receive a text message saying that a purchase was made like I normally do. Here’s an example I’ll give: if I have $250 in my checking account and spend $50 the remaining balance should be $200 correct? Especially the next day it should show as pending but no nothing is showing as pending and my account still has $250 in it . This cause problems. I realize I am responsible for keeping track of what I spend but then what’s the point of having the app? Right now I’m trying to remember exactly what I spent yesterday and normally I could just look at my account but not today. And this isn’t the first or even 10th time it’s only the first time I’ve complained about it. You say the app is updated and all the bugs are fixed. Well looks like more bugs got in folks.

3. 2/5App not working right for months

   I have never had a problem with the app until around December 2025. It’s been about three months for me of a major decline in the reliability. It takes up to a week for my checks to deposit in my account. Pending charges for a week plus all dropping in my account at once making me very close to negative. Transfers from my savings are taking a few days sometimes now. It said that my transfer did not go through from my checking to savings so I transferred again and it ended up actually transferring twice and making me 300+ negative in my checking. Extremely disappointed at how the app has changed and so quickly. Bug fixes have done nothing my whole family is experiencing this issue. My mother ended up thousands of dollars negative because her transfer from savings (that she did well before her purchases/bills ) dropped after her purchases went through. 4. 4/5One, really annoying issue, everything else, great!

   I love being able to access my banking information from my mobile phone! My only problem with CBNA’s Mobile Banking app, is not being able to transfer my own funds from my saving account to my checking account after 7 PM. In the event of losing my debit card or having my information stolen, I only keep a necessary amount of money in my checking account most of the time. Many many times, during a busy day I have forgotten to transfer funds from my saving account before 7:00 PM and been unable to make important purchases on items like food, gasoline or bills. This issue happens so frequently I have considered switching banks solely for this reason, but I hope a change will be made so I can keep happily banking with CBNA!

5. 1/5Terrible banking experience

   If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. I set up an external bank account to pay my car loan that I have through them and their process is to leave two small amounts in my account and enter them into the app to verify my account, they left 5 of them over 5 days, all of which didn’t work until the final day. Now a day before my bill is due and my account is finally verified, I can’t enroll in bill pay because it says my account isn’t valid, when it literally just said it was on my phone. You can’t pay on your phone, and you can’t pay on your desktop, so where are you supposed to pay? I spent 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone and this is the appalling procedure they directed me towards. If your bank cannot make technology easy, like literally any other company has done in the past 20 years, then don’t use it. Horrible bank and I do not recommend to anyone they have no idea what they are doing.
