   I would like to thank cartlow for the amazing customer service and their great support. The prices are very good compared to the market and the delivery is very fast. I have a long story with cartlow, which proves at the very end their professionalism. I purchased a used laptop and was delivered on time and then the laptop was a bit slow, so I called them and changed it to another refurbished one which it was much better and they even given a discount on the price. When I received the laptop the configuration was different than the one in the description. I called them and they responded very fast and apologized for the mistake and collected to add the missing 8GB from the ram memory. After 8 months the laptop had a technical problem as I couldn’t switch it on, when I called them I was surprised by how fast they reacted and the laptop was collected, repaired and sent back within 3 days. Thank you very much cartlow for your supreme service.

3. 1/5WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET

   while I applaud cartlow for the service, what we need is the actual pic and not a stock image. Descriptors are great but it’s really down to how one perceives the condition of the item. And I’m certainly not buying anything second hand with stock image! So please put actual pics with condition. This will make it easier to associate actual vs what you write. Secondly, pricing on tech like phones and computers are at best 15% premium. Needs real life revision as there are other services that offer cheaper for used. Lastly, collection service is poor. Scheduled and no one ever picked up. Lastly, trolling through the replies would be great to see proper responses rather than a common bit reply to other peoples reviews. Overall, until their pics, pricing and customer service improves, look elsewhere

4. 1/5Dont buy phones from this application

   I bought a like new top iphone from cartlow and it stopped working after less than 2 months of usage and when i diagnosed the phone at one of apple stores they said that it’s internally damaged and the system is not working any more and if i need to replace it will cost me 2500 dirhams. I spent more than 3000 dirhams on this phone and didn't last for 2 months. And plus they refused to fix it for me and didnt give me a refund or even partial refund. Save your money and don’t buy from cartlow

5. 3/5Bad after sales support.

   Bought MacBook Pro. Upon receiving found out Battery was faulty. Complained about it but nothing...It’s been over two weeks they didn’t do anything about it and now not replying to my emails. 2nd order they messed up again with wrong specs hence they didn’t ship it till now, order was placed on 17th Oct and today is 30th of Oct. Not satisfied with their after sales support and warranty, in reality both doesn’t exist.
