   I treat myself every day to some kind of coffee in the morning. It’s some thing I do for Me! So trust me, I’ve tried all the little coffee pop-ups. The first time I tried caravan was on a trip to Minnesota, when they came to Missouri, especially in Parkville I was so excited. So here’s the scoop quality I can always rely on getting the same drink. Every time I go no matter who makes it. That’s a great plus in the coffee world as you all now cleanliness no matter if I go outside or inside it’s always tractive the areas are clean, even the restrooms. I also love the fact that they have unique and great extras for you to buy. I have bought several of their cups mugs for other people that said they could not keep the coffee hot. My one friend is 83 and he’s drinking his cup for over 10 years smile! He tells everyone how great it is and how is the only thing that keeps his coffee warm. One of the bigger things to me is the fact in the world that we live in with there is so much negativity and people don’t smile like they used to. I can always rely on being greeted with kindness or at least you can hear in the voice that they’re happy you’re there and I love the way you were greeted at the window or when you go inside there is an aura of happiness and they smile.    Hello, Can I make a few suggestions on the Caribou Coffee iOS app? I'm running app version 3.4.0 on an iPhone XS on iOS 12.1. I recently tried to purchase several eGift cards for myself on Cyber Monday and run into several issues that were frustrating. 1) The credit card number field was not paste-able. That is, I couldn't copy my credit card number from my 1Password password safe and paste it into that blank. Even better would be if that blank was recognized by iOS as a credit card text field and allowed me to directly insert text from the iOS Keychain or from 1Password, a new feature which was introduced with iOS 12. Even better yet would be allowing me to use the super-slick Apple Pay mechanism to purchase gift cards. 2) I am given an error when I try to transfer funds from eGift cards to my Caribou Perks account when the total will be over $200. I was only able, after some sleuthing, to figure out why I was getting the error (more on that in a moment) and what the magic amount was that I was not supposed to exceed. ideally, I'd be able to add more than $200 into my Caribou Perks account, but if not, the error message for that problem could be improved. Currently, I get a brief notification at the top of my screen that, "The card number you are using is not valid or has a $0 balance on it and can not be used for this transaction." Even worse, this message appears at the top of the screen for only 2 or 3 seconds before it disappears. I hope this feedback serves as useful. Thanks!

3. 1/5App overriding card on file

   My brother, partner, and I all live together and were big fans of Caribou. We took turns buying coffee almost everyday over the course of February through October. Using the app made things incredibly easy especially with the feature of adding a card on file making paying a breeze. Occasionally I would use my account but type in my brother’s card information if it was his turn to buy but he was busy with work. Unbeknownst to us, the Caribou app somehow started charging his card for EVERYTHING even if I clicked to use my saved card. I never clicked the box to replace my card. My card still shows as the card on file. 7-8 months of purchases are now on his card and we have no idea how it happened. That is $1800-$2000 that went onto his card and we have no idea what should be charged to his card and how much to mine. We tried reaching out to Caribou’s customer service team but have been ignored outside of one of the customer service reps blaming us for using a feature of the app. While at this point I don’t see them every taking responsibility for this app doing this, it would at least be nice to know how much each card should have been charged since the receipts don’t say. Unfortunately all 3 of us have stopped going to Caribou because clearly they don’t respect those that chose to support them during these trying times. Maybe it is the app developers we need to have a beef with. Who knows. If I were you I’d keep an eye on your credit card statements so you don’t get screwed over too.

4. 1/5I Thought This Would Save Time.....

   I thought this app would save time by not having to wait in line but, I had to wait longer than those in line when I arrived and ended up leaving with nothing. After arriving at the designated time, I watched customer after customer order and receive their items. I thought they were busy and it would be out soon. About 15 minutes after my designated time I asked about my order and was told they were out of the sausage biscuit. I received absolutely no notification. Then it was my responsibility to ask for a refund on my rewards card. I was leaving and was getting a feeling they were not going to do it. So I came back in and ask again if they were going to give me a refund and the was asked if I wanted cash or back on my rewards card. I said cash. They gave me $5 and some change of my $8.95 order. I had to tell him my order was 8.95. Oh, but you ordered coffee. I told him the cup of coffee had been sitting there for a 1/2 hour with no name on it and several servers had to handle it by taking off the lid to see what was inside, I went on to say I already have to go somewhere else to grab breakfast and would get coffee at that time. He then proceeds to had me more cash. The app would great if they could send you notifications regarding substitutions and when your order was ready for pick up. Won’t be using this app again. It certainly was not a time saver. I am hoping much of the issues are related to this specific location. This app does not allow you to provide feedback within the app.

   Update: I was finally able to add my credit card!!! My reward is gone, but I’m glad the app is usable now :) can’t wait to get my nitro mocha again 💕 I was excited to use the app and even more excited to find out I got a free drink reward after my first purchase in the app, but when I went to use the reward it kept saying my credit card information was invalid. That didn’t happen the first time I used the app so I thought it was an issue on my end, but all my information was correct and I even contacted my credit card company to make sure everything was okay. My boyfriend let me use his credit card for the purchase and the app rejected his information as well, which was when we knew it wasn’t an issue on our end. I’m sad I didn’t get to use my reward but basically if I can’t put my credit card information in, I can’t use the app at all. I tried restarting the app and restarting my phone and neither worked :( I really wanted Caribou Coffee today :/
