  1. 3/5Doximity integration doesn’t work

New integration with Doximity has ruined the calling function. Our hospital contacts consist of a main number followed by entering an extension (no direct number available) and this is not supported by Doximity. I used to be able to call directly from Messenger when the dialer went through the iPhone phone app. Now I have to manually re-enter the whole number every time. There needs to be an option to turn off Doximity integration.

  2. 2/5Buggy and slow

App has been decreasing in functionality for a few months. At first when I found it, it worked well and was much better than our terrible off brand smartphones that are slow and have weird autocorrect. The app has slowed significantly and now the last week or so isn’t working well. It doesn’t open, or logs out completely which I’ve never had happen. Three times this last week it logged me out and made me go through ALL the security steps again. Face ID isn’t really working at all. Just today the app has only logged out twice. I am at my hospital on their WiFi, as well as on data to test, and it just keeps happening. I am at worked, signed into my resource role, and also have a connect phone signed in.

  3. 3/5Need louder notifications

Our institution is making a push to adopt this for all communications between nurses and doctors. Problem is that the notification alerts are all extremely short. Right now, our web paging app goes to my Messenger app, and I was able to set up a custom alert tone that is 25 seconds long and guaranteed to wake me from a sound sleep in the middle of the night. I’ll never hear the alert from this app under same circumstances.

  4. 3/5No notification

I received message an hour ago but no notification at all. My phone is not mute. It’s harming the patient’s safety if this keeps happening. I think I just updated the app that’s the reason why it is not working

  5. 4/5Feedback

Works well but a couple suggestions it would be nice to be able to just add people to a group instead of recreating a whole group and it would be helpful to be able to rename groups so it establishes what the group is for rather than the just the people that are in it. Otherwise it’s nice and secure and works well.
