1. 4/5Great concept...just a few easy fixes

   I have loved using CardCash ever since I found out about them. It has come in handy around the Hollidays and for purchases that you routinely make to the same retailers. The app makes purchasing the cards easy and more quickly then having to go to the website and signing in every time. A few fixes I would love is to be able to buy physical cards on the app like on the website. Also it would be nice to be able to sort the available cards by something other than the standard which is alphabetically. Just a few minor fixes that would make the app easier to use, but not necessary for the app to be useable.

2. 1/5Will change to five stars if they make things right, they have two options.

   So one they can either buy the cards they said they would buy from me if I spent the dollar “processing fee” to ensure “customer safety” and help against “fraud”. I unfortunately told my fiancee that I only had ten cents in the bank and we are in a tight spot lately regarding money so I told him about how if we did this and spent the dollar they would be purchasing over a hundred bucks of e gift cards I have. He was happy and sent me ninety cents in order for me to do this. Well unfortunately after making the purchase the page said my card was declined when in fact it wasn't because I get text message alerts when purchases are made using my card, I also receive them when it is declined. It will state whether it is declined or not. It said a purchase of one dollar was made at cardcash. I took a screen shot of this and sent it in an email to support. So thats the first option. Second option is to refund me the dollar because if they aren’t going to keep their end of the deal I most definitely shouldn’t be having to spend any amount of money. Seems like keeping customers safe and happy is the last thing they care about! What a scam. Will update and change this if they do what they originally said they would do.

   I’ve been using CardCash quite a while and could not be happier! When I complete my shopping online at a particular store... I attach my store coupons then check CardCash to see if there’s a giftcard available near my purchase amount. Most of the time there is. So I purchase the card (for less than the card value of course) and use it to buy my online store items. By doing this I save even more! I do the same thing when shopping in person at my favorite stores! The new CardCash app is easy to navigate and enjoyable to use. I also like that customer service is only a call away if you have any questions or problems. I also like getting CardCash emails which alert you of extra good deals! I jump on it right away! If you like to get extra savings off your purchases download the CardCash app! You’ll be glad that you did!

4. 1/5Terrible company - look elsewhere

   I’ve purchased many gift cards at many different sites (eBay, Cardpool, Raise, giftcard granny, etc) as it’s a great way to save some money. I’ve never had any issue at any of them EXCEPT with CardCash. After inputting my credit card info and personal data, they send a bizarre email cancelling the transaction saying only “high risk.” What??? There’s no issue with my credit card, yet no explanation is given and there’s no way to get one from cardcash as customer service is terrible. I tried using this service a second time after several months had passed telling myself that the first try must have been a fluke —-it wasn’t. Same exact experience. Good riddance cardcash. I’ll take my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same. I’ve never encountered such a bizarre online business and wonder how long they’ll be around. (I’m not the only one this has happened to - check out the other bad reviews - there are lots of them).

5. 5/5Quick and way way to save a little here and there

   I recently just got this app and so far it has been easy and a great way to save some money. I have not used it for anything big yet but if I’m about to go to a store or the movies I check for cards and what is nice is that I can instantly use them. It’s easy to search for a store, as you are typing you will see a list of what cards they have and if you see your store you can click on it or if it stops listing stores you know they don’t carry that one. I do compare this app to the others I have such a as Raise, Cardpool, and Cashable but a few times CardCash has had the best deals. I am really liking this app to help me save, I feel that every little bit counts!
