"body": "I paid for a subscription/service, but my account was never activated. Despite completing the payment successfully, I still cannot access the features I paid for. What makes the situation even worse is that the support team does not respond at all. I have contacted them multiple times and received no reply or assistance. Taking customers' money without providing the promised service and then ignoring support requests is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this app until they improve both their service reliability and customer support.",

"title": "Absolutely terrible support- avoid at all costs",
"body": "This app has some of the worst customer support I’ve never encountered. Not only they ignore clear bugs in the system, but they also make excuses instead of actually fixing anything. Features like discounts simply don’t work, and when you reach out for help, you’re met with copy-paste responses and zero accountability. It’s like they don’t even care about user experience. The fact that issues are brushed off instead of addressed is beyond frustrating. Don’t your time- there are far better alternatives out there…",

"body": "It is a good app, And I bought a year subscription. but a series of options should be added to it. Such as 2K output with 60 frames and 4K output with 60 frames. Because the output of 30 frames causes a sharp drop in quality. And it is also better to add translation capability to the program after initial processing. Also, the initial processing speed when importing a new video is extremely low.",

"body": "Too many bugs in this app, when I use it for too long it will kick me out of the app, the caption and the video does not match, you can’t add space yourself to avoid the parts that are not matching and you have to edit the caption word by word, and you have to fix the timing one by one which takes a lot of time, and also when you get kicked out of the app your work won’t be saved. Hope they fix these problems soon.",
