"body": "I feel like the direction is easy to follow, I don’t feel it’s too hard to be discouraged. I do feel though that there are too many “new” variations added before mastery of a single move.. I feel I spend most of my time going back to make sure I’m doing the exercise right rather than being comfortable and focusing on reps. The videos in each demonstration glitch out and start over. And finally for timed workouts if you accidentally leave the current workout your time starts completely over.. I feel like for the money the bugs should be fixed and more user friendly. The workout is def showing me gains and improvements.. I’m feeling muscles I’ve never engaged before.. and I appreciate that! I just wish that for “at least the beginner” section that the workouts were consistent for mastery and moving on to more advanced movements later.. cheers! Kellin.",

I’ve been trying to gain muscle mass for years and never saw any visible results until I learned that it’s more than just committing to a workout routine—it’s living a healthy lifestyle. If doing this program for only 30 days can make such a significant difference in how I feel in my body, then I’m ready to continue putting in that work. Definitely worth the investment.",

"body": "The videos are helpful and ease of use of the app is good. The workouts are solid and well described for the most part. Had to view videos off site a few times to know what certain exercises were. Transformation is happening on Day 15 already, food intake is key or avoidance for that matter as well. Fuel for the body and keep the junk out! Food is 80% of it if you want better results!",

I’m a firefighter for the City Of Detroit and believe this will definitely help with stamina at fires and long days .At 44 years of age, this might just be the change I needed.
