3/5Works within the bonds of iOS for the most part
The app itself is designed to work with no complicated steps. This app is not suppose to give you the exact iv for wild Pokémon only a possible range found by doing math. For those looking to save balls it can really help when you see the possible iv doesn’t even cap at 70%. If your screen is small you will have to push the notifications out of the way to run from a wild Pokémon. It can’t be helped blame ios. lol As of this review there is currently a bug when the app scans wild Pokémon. Currently only after giving the proper level and IV range, it’s possible for it to give a false range. If you don’t watch the notifications when you first look at the Pokémon it’s possible you’d miss the correct range. As such I can only give 3/5 stars in good faith this will be fixed.

5/5Works fantastically!
I have the Premium Plan, and this app is among (if not THE) best app of its kind. Scanning is fast (with premium) and very accurate. My only request is this: I would love if a Siri Shortcut action was added to pull up the screen recording dialog with CalcyIV already selected (like what happens when pressing the “Start AutoRecording” button in the app). Not sure if it’s feasible, but I would adore this feature if it’s possible!

5/5Great app to help catch pokémon
Used this app to help clearly display stats on the names of all my pokémon. Only issue is is that it doesn’t recognize some newer pokémon, and for some others it may not recognize the form right away if you are at the appraisal screen. Nothing that can’t be worked out though. Otherwise great tool to use to see if certain pokémon are worth catching.

3/5Bugged lately
This is probably one of the best supplementary apps to Pokémon go out there but within the last few updates there’s been an issue where the app will scan the Pokémon currently with the IV screen open and the notification will pop up with the stat spread but it will fail to show up on the keyboard. At first I thought this was an issue with Kyurem since it has multiple forms but this issue has shown up on other ‘mons as well. Until this gets fixed, I’ll give it a 3.

5/5Great Companion App
Not sure why this is rated 1*... Scans pokemon and IVs and rates them for PVP without having to leave pokemon go, and lets you export all your pokemon to a csv file for easy data manipulation. Autoscan works great for me, maybe because I have a notch and don't have dynamic island? It also lets you see potential pokemon levels and IVs from the catch screen which is awesome.
