If you’ve found this app, consider yourself the luckiest human ever! Bybe is the first and only of its kind-trust me I’ve searched endlessly. It’s the most simple & sleek app layout I’ve ever used. It literally seems too good to be true, but it’s not. They have TONS of alc brands & offers you can search for & offer a crazy decent $ amount on every single one. Your offer gets approved in record timing and you can cash out ANYTIME with the click of a button! Every time I use the app I am just astounded it exists..it’s seriously next level- like it seems like there’d be a catch right? No catch, just an amazing app with awesome customer service & all to benefit my bank account. I am so incredibly grateful for the Bybe app & team- cheers to the BEST app EVER created!!👏🥂🥇🍾🏆🍻

5/5Great savings for all!
I have used this rebate app for over 2 years now and I love it because it has beer, wine , liquor and seltzer rebates. It has popular and the lesser known brands. I drink very well as a result of using this app, hostess gifts are easy and my parties are pretty good, too! I have saved over $200. It’s easy to use and averages about 3 days for approvals. The one time there was a mistaken rejection, customer service replied within hours on a Sunday! They corrected the error and approved my rebate the same day.

2/5Complete Breakdown of Customer Support and Corporate Accountability
Initially, the BYBE app provided a reliable and straightforward experience for securing cashback rebates. Unfortunately, the platform has recently experienced a severe decline and operational quality and basic functionality. The most alarming issue is a total collapse of their consumer support in infrastructure. The company has completely disconnected its phone lines directing users via automated message to email support instead, however, multiple attempts to contact their team via email regarding valid, unresolved account complaints have gone entirely ignored. It is deeply concerning when a financial tech platform refuses to provide human accountability or respond to users trying to access their rightfully earned funds. I strongly advise prospective users to look elsewhere for rebate services until BYBE, and its parent company, Swiftly , address these systemic, customer service failures.

2/5Non responsive customer service
I found this app and thought it was perfect timing being I needed to buy multiple bottles of alcohol for Christmas gifts and New Years party. I submitted my receipts and should have gotten around $40 back between 4 or 5 receipts . It took 2 days for them to do just one bottles, then another 2 days to process another, but then the last of the rebates, which adds up to $24, are all of a sudden showing processed and cashed out but I never got a email or anything and my account says disabled and to contact customer service. Ok, that would be fine except their customer service is completely non-responsive, not on this manner nor on something so simple as when I messaged earlier this week needing to change my email to the one I for PayPal.

3/5Will reject rebates based on non-disclosed terms
I submitted a rebate completely compliant with published terms. Rebate was rejected alleging terms that were not listed in the rebate form. I submitted a screen capture of the entire terms of the offer and requested further review, but BYBE so far is sticking to the position that they can reject rebates based on fictitious offer terms. Buyer beware. Edit: They did honor the rebate after I CC’d the actual manufacturer about their rebate processor’s fast and loose relationship with the terms and conditions of their offer. I will continue to use them but will be mindful in the future to keep an eye on my submissions to this rebate processor.
