  1. 5/5No issues

I love these cameras. I have several and never had an issue with any of them or the app. Update: The more I experiment the more I like them! I was already 100% satisfied with my purchases of the Cellucore 20 cams and the app, but as I learn how to operate them to their potential I’m now blown away. Thanks Bushnell ! I can watch all the game moving about my very rural farm while I’m hours away.

  2. 1/5New Convoluted App. Don’t do it!!

First review I have ever written on anything in my life. I am 59 years old. I wish I could give zero stars, but there is no option for that. I downloaded the app as suggested and used it for three days trying to be open in an effort to get accustomed to it. In order to use it in the evening I had to wait and wait and wait for the pictures to load. I finally got out of it and tried later and again later, and again. In order to delete pictures there are several more button pushes than there was before with the last app and then to go back and look at pictures to zoom you have to go out of the window to delete and go back to looking at pictures and then go back into deleting. It’s crazy! I finally deleted the new revision! I went back to the old system from October 2021. I will deal with opening the app, clicking on the green window suggesting to download the new version, then closing the window and going back into the old app to use the system that way. Why would somebody convolute a new revision?

  3. 1/5Worked for 12 hours

The app logged me out the first day I set up the camera. Now it comes up repeatedly with “Invalid credentials” I have uninstalled and reinstalled. At the time I have written this review I have called the 800 number 47 times trying to get help. The recording says due to high call volume and long wait times this que is closed. You 100% can’t get help. As I read the reviews they all respond call this number. I can assure you that number will get you no where. I can’t even log in to cancel the subscription. So now I bought a camera, I am paying for it monthly and I get zero from it. And I can’t cancel it. I own a lot of Bushnell products. I will never buy another one after this experience. Zero customer service after the sale. I’m going to have to cancel my debit card just so they stop the reoccurring billing. At this point I don’t feel like this is bad service, I feel like this is theft.

  4. 4/5Great Camera

I bought this camera about a month ago. I really enjoy how you can adjust the settings to fit how and when you want it to work. The only thing I dislike is that it will not send videos to your phone. It will send every picture it takes straight to my phone but if I want to watch any video that it takes then I have to go out and check the memory card which isn’t what I wanted to do. But with that being my only issue with it I would say overall it’s a great camera for the money

  5. 3/5Above average

Trail cam app is pretty good. Mine is fairly far away - a few hundred miles, so communication sometimes comes through at a much larger delay than advertised. Also any settings updates you put through to the cameras can take up to 12 hours to take effect or change back. I’ve also ran into a few issues where photo communication came through every 12-24 hours in bunches as opposed to semi instant. And I do have good cell service in the area of the cameras High resolution requests take longer than you’d expect as well. 24-36 hours. Given the $$ I’m paying - that is really annoying. But other than that - the app is good for what it is. It allows me to scout out my areas that I can’t access at a moments notice. Interface can be slow at times - but it works. Photos are at to above average. Wish videos could be transmitted given what I’m paying per month per camera….
