We are still not 100% in utilizing the necessary modules in Build Ops and the implementation has been a bit lengthy. We are anxious to get the last few bugs worked out and to operate in full Build Ops mode. We have have seen great improvement in our days to bill by a 50% reduction as the process is more streamlined and easier for both the accounting and management teams. The quoting tool has helped us to improve our quote turnaround time as well and overall provides a better way of managing our quotes. Overall, the Build Ops team has been very helpful and supportive even now, 10 months after go live, we have a Build Ops team member onsite for 2 weeks to help us work thru our processes and workflows. Build Ops has been very receptive to our suggestions and feedback which we appreciate immensely. We are happy with our choice with Build Ops and would recommend it to others.

We operate a commercial HVAC contracting business. We are a small company of less than 5 technicians. We have struggled to find a service software solution that is the right fit for us. BuildOps is our third platform and we have finally found the right software for our company. Both platforms we have tried before BuildOps were commercial oriented, but not a fit. My time is split between the office and in the field so I get to use both sides of the software. The mobile app is nearly perfect. A big concern for us was ease of use. Anybody can learn to use the mobile app with limited training. You can tell just by the first look at the mobile workflow that the developers had worked with people that actually use the software in the field as the workflow is extremely intuitive. The app has a lot of features that are useful to the technician such as a GPS button that automatically pulls up the GPS and starts navigation to the property on the work order, property notes and documents, contacts, and other job related info. We are able to pull purchase orders from the field, and then just snap a picture of the receipt and attach it to the PO once parts are picked up. These are just a few examples of the many features packed in to the mobile app. If you are a commercial HVAC contractor I highly recommend looking in to BuildOps. The sales team was very professional and knowledgeable on the product. They can let you know if BuildOps is a good fit for both parties based on your company needs. I highly recommend booking a demo to see the software and ask any questions (there's TONS of features to discuss).

4/5BuildOps excels!
We’ve been with BuildOps about 18 months and couldn’t be happier that we made the switch. BuildOps has allowed us to streamline our accounting processes, increasing productivity. Our technicians appreciate the ease of the mobile app and the elimination of timesheets. Tech Support and our account manager are always available if issues arise. Suggestions are welcome and they truly listen to the customer. There are 1 or 2 things on our wish list but I have no doubt they will happen. Every step of the process was laid out clearly and we never felt like we were left to fend for ourselves.

5/5Outstanding Performance During An Emergency
I was recently operating under severe time constraints to process a number of large invoices, and with books closing the next day, I needed to complete everything within 24 hours. Ten hours before the deadline, a massive invoice failed to Sync, and within minutes of reaching out to BuildOps, they responded. I explained the gravity of my situation, and within an thirty minutes, they solved the synchronization crisis which permitted me to close the month successfully. I can’t recommend BuildOps enough. This one instance is emblematic of their overall treatment with clients. I have had countless other less severe issues that BuildOps successfully handled. I’m happy to have the support and confidence that BuildOps provides.

1/5Crashes, bugs, long load times
Been using the app a little over a year now. It seems every time another company joins the app, it gets worse and worse. I’m constantly having to restart, log out and sign in, and uninstall and reinstall just to be able to use it. The flag section constantly glitches out where you can’t use the onscreen buttons to submit. Have to copy and paste what you wrote, close app, and repeat until it final works. When adding inventor items, the list takes 30 seconds to load, even on 1GBPS WiFi. If you tap the inventory bar again while it loads, often it will take you to warehouses and you’ll have to find your truck again and go through that glitchy menu. It eats battery. It’s just overall not a great app.
