1. 1/5App doesn’t have full functionality on iPad

   I have the Building Link app on my iPhone 14 Pro, and the functionality is much better. I’m able to see documents and see my click pay info. This app, Building Link, Residential, installed on my iPad Pro, has just the basics. I’d like to be able to do more on my iPad, since there’s a bigger screen. Unfortunately, I have to rely on my iPhone for complete information and to pay my condo fees.

2. 2/5Defaults to wrong building

   I’ve recently moved, and am unable to log in because the login service, “residentapp” keeps defaulting to the old building. This used to work fine when I owned properties in NYC and DC, but it seems to have now changed and locks you into only one building. Which is a problem if you move. I need the app to work because the website, which I can log into, is not a responsive design and doesn’t work properly on mobile. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

   Feature Request: Shortcuts/Siri Integration for Digital Key I’m a regular user of the BuildingLink app. I wanted to ask whether there are any plans to integrate the Digital Key feature with Apple’s Shortcuts app or Siri Shortcuts. It would be incredibly helpful to trigger the key quickly—either by voice or automation—without navigating through the app each time. If support for URL schemes or Shortcuts actions is on the roadmap, I’d love to know. I think many users would appreciate this kind of accessibility and convenience. 4. 1/5Worst customer service ever

   This app has been broken for over two months and still hasn’t been fixed. The glitch makes basic features completely unusable, and worst of all, no one responds to support requests. I’ve reached out multiple times with zero acknowledgment. It’s unacceptable that an app with this level of dysfunction is still being offered without any attempt to resolve the issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid it entirely.

5. 1/5Won’t update password

   I couldn’t remember my password so I’ve tied reseeding it 4 times and though it appears to take my new password. It still does not recognize it when I try to login. Says incorrect username/password. This happened to me last time (about a year ago) so I stopped using it but it’s the only way to have the building fix issues - so this needs to work!
