   This platform is focused on trading crypto-know that now. This app is amazing and has a lot of great features, the best feature is the live chat to help you along the way. You are not on your own, randomly clicking around losing your money. The “copy trade” feature is amazing as well-you can start making money trading crypto without a clue on what to do. You simply click the “Copy” feature, pick a trader, review the trader’s performance, set your parameters according to your comfort level, and start trading. Watching the copy traders in action is a great way to learn inside tricks on trading crypto as well. The demo trading feature allows you to practice trading utilizing actual market conditions but not real money. This is truly useful for learning not only the platform, but also the craft of trading. The screens are easy to use, easy to read, there are drop down icons to help you understand what items mean. There are features for long term investment and spot trading. Depositing funds and transferring crypto into the platform is made easy. The low transaction fees are posted prior to the transaction for transparency to eliminate surprises, which is a great feature. Transferring out is easy as well. This is a well thought out platform and incorporates feedback and lessons learned from previous versions. You can also login to the web based version and follow along as well.

   I tried this app because I found a promotional offer and I was curious. I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I figured it would be like most other bitcoin crypto apps available. I fortunately was able to withdraw within a few days of receiving the promotional offer, which I thought was absolutely great. My withdrawal took longer than they had estimated it would take so I contacted Customer Service via email. I advised Customer Service that It had been longer than the estimated amount of days for the withdrawal. I was very surprised to receive a response email from. BTCC within 24 hours. It was not an automated response, it was an actual response in which they said that they were experiencing some issues with the withdrawals at the time and that they were actively working on the situation and would make sure that they processed the withdrawal as soon as possible. Not only did They respond within 24 hours which is unheard of in most companies nowadays they also offered me a a gift card to thank me for being a customer and for being patient during their technical issue. Honestly, I was very impressed with their quick response and the appreciation I felt being a customer of this company. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far with this app and Customer Service.
