"body": "Update: App is not functioning properly. Rarely loads and does not allow holds to be placed on books when it does load. Not functional. —————- Better than the old app; however, there are some features that I would have liked to carry over. The main feature I miss is the ability to register all library cards for a family in the app to make for easy book checkout for multiple family members.",

"body": "The app won’t fully load each time. I have to eventually delete it and download it again, and then again, enter my library number. The previous Broward county library was basic but I never saw this problem. Surely you have seen this issue during testing? Surely you can fix this? Should not have released this with this problem.",

"body": "I use the library online catalog frequently. It is very frustrating that the app never loads and when it finally loads everything is blank. The app is completely useless. I access everything through the Broward County Library website. It would be a lot more convenient to have a working app. Please fix and make it usable.",
