I really like the feel of the new app and appreciate the fact that you can now be signed into multiple devices at one time. However, one thing that didn’t transfer over from the previous version that was extremely helpful is being able to see if someone is online, away or busy.

4/5Secure, still clunky
The chat is very secure, which was our #1 priority. The app has been a little clunky and fidgety, but the Brosix team has done a pretty good job of addressing most of our issues in a reasonable timeline.

1/5By far the worst app for enterprise chat
Right now it hasn’t even worked on the iPhone for days. It’s always been buggy. It doesn’t display the last message from a different messenger. For instance, if one person messengered me then someone else does before I saw the first person, I would never know about the message. It doesn’t sync from one device to another. I can only use one login. I have mentioned to management to not use this app.

This apps is a must have for my work but it keep on disconnecting even I had it on my screen with sleep mode turned off. Its great to use to check in with your employees but not a lifeline support for them to reach you. Can't delete the conversation No notification
