I paid for the test expecting to receive a certificate, but after completing it and getting my score, I was told I was not eligible due to terms and conditions that were never clearly explained before payment. If there was any issue with my test or if I wasn't eligible for a certificate, they should have informed me before taking my money. This feels unfair and misleading. Please be transparent with customers before accepting payment.",
