   What a great way to get around when you don’t have a car rented, or even when you do. Never have a parking issue. Such reasonable rates, friendly, drivers, nice and comfortable vehicles and very reasonable wait times. The app also shows you where you are, where your driver is and update you on when they are arriving. I highly recommend this to everyone.

   Not only is On Demand extremely unreliable. It has it’s MAJOR flaws, for one. sometimes the system will bug out and you will lose your ride and money now is $1.25 a lot? no not at all. but for the own system to bug out and take my money?!? second. I use this to get to work and from time to time come home, now i would book a ride a whole hour before my shift started, and i am not very far from my workplace. Yet i would be sitting in the on demand for a while 30 minutes or even an HOUR! watching multiple people get picked up and dropped off, and when we would get close to my said workplace it wouldn’t even give the driver my drop off. instead would have them drive across town?!? and third. how come when it gives me the prompt that they are on very “high demand” and to “come back in a few minutes” i would naturally wait around 10 or 15 minutes and would come back and say the same thing? maybe an estimated wait time to get a ride would be SO much better and more convenient. overall terrible transportation and forgot to mention how these “sarasota county officials don’t take care of the van! i found mold in one of the backseat cup holders!!! AND! im no mechanic by any means so take what I say with a grain of salt some of these vans would literally shift so hard I thought the transmission would fall from the bottom! not to mention the constant smell of an exhaust leak! if i could give this 0 stars i would!

3. 1/5Extremely unreliable

   I use this app to get home from school every day and no matter if I order 30 minutes from the bus stop I will still get home late. it used to be 2$ and now it’s 6$ for my ride and for it to be unreliable even to where I have to order 30+ minutes in advance is embarrassing. Another thing is that the driver and choose to pick up another rider in the middle of my ride which then adds 10-30 minutes onto my ride. Sure it is cheap still but for 6$ I shouldn’t gave to worry about whether I’m going to be there on time or if my rider is going to pick up another ride mid drive and then add another 20 minutes onto my ride. Also another thing I’ve seen is that the map is EXTREMELY unreliable, the drivers don’t know where they’re going because of how unreliable it is and then they get blamed for it and get the backlash for it instead of the company. Overall this app is horrible, I am still going to use it to get back and forth from school because I have no other way of transportation but a lot of things do need to be changed.

   I understand SCAT on demand only cost $1.25 and can not be compared to Uber; but as popularity has increased it is taking much longer to be picked up and there are too many stops sometimes backtracking after being picked up taking too long to go a fairly short distance. Again, I understand trying to serve a large community but when time is essential I will just have to use Uber. I hope this program continues to grow and increase the Number of vans in order to speed up services. Thank you for providing this service to so many that can not drive and/or afford to drive!

5. 1/5Glitchy system

   I called today and requested a five dollar refund for a ride. I did not receive your history on your app has been clearing itself. It is successfully scam me out of at least $20-$30 over the course of history because your system Made by a third-party country which is scamming us out of our money. I want to call to get my other five dollars from a canceled ride today and the history was removed and it was removed from the system which means somebody either removed it from the system or it It’s not saving properly it shouldn’t be legal to have this app and running and be funded through the government if it’s not gonna work correctly update or give me my money back
