"body": "i have installed all apps i could find for box breathing and this is the best one i found for free tier. really, the dev is really amazing for putting this out. im surprised why theres no other reviews but anyways, i hope more people use this app. i would recommend it to my friends because i really like it. this one connects to apple health, it also includes the counting numbers in real time which i find more helpful than just the animations, the time elapse is there and the colors arent glaring. its really amazing app.",
